Abstract: PURPOSE: A control method for cooling high voltage components of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce air intake temperature of the high voltage component by automatically converting an internal air mode into an external air mode. CONSTITUTION: The temperature of the high voltage component is measured. Whether the temperature of the high voltage component is greater than limit temperature or not is determined. In case the temperature of the high voltage component is greater than limit temperature, an internal air mode is converted into an external air mode. In the external air mode, duty cooling control based on the temperature is performed on the high voltage component. In case the temperature of the high voltage component is less than the limit temperature in the external air mode, the external air mode is converted into the internal air mode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for mounting a battery system is provided to improve the workability in a line and to improve the mass producibility and to rapidly and safely mount a battery system on a rear trunk of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus for mounting a battery system is composed of a jig wall(11), at least two jig legs(13), a jig knob(14), and a clamping device(15). The jig wall supports the rear side while contacting with the rear side of a battery system. The jig legs are extended from the lower end of the jig wall to the front side. The jig legs are inserted in the lower side of a battery tray in which the battery system is mounted and supports the battery system and the battery tray. The jig knob is extended from the rear side of the jig wall and is controllable by hands of a worker in towing. Abstract: A battery unit receiving case is provided to prevent moisture or foreign materials from entering a case containing a battery unit since an air intake formed on the case is located lower than an air intake of the battery unit. An air intake(11) is formed on a case(10), in which a battery unit(13) is contained, lower than an air intake(14) of the battery unit. A guide plate(12) is provided on the inner surface of the case, corresponding to the position of the air intake, in order to prevent moisture or foreign materials from entering the case.
