    Abstract: PURPOSE: An alloy is provided which reduces a P content for preventing intergranular brittleness by increasing a Mo content for strengthening quenching, increasing toughness and obtaining secondary reinforcement effect and adding a small amount of Nb, C and Ti for grain micronization not adding formed elements on a surface layer or above Cr and Si. CONSTITUTION: The alloy for a transmission gear comprises a main constituent of Fe, 0.17 to 0.23 wt.% of C, 0.01 wt.% or less of Si, 0.3 to 0.5 wt.% of Mn, 0.01 wt.% or less of P, 0.015 wt.% of S, 0.01 wt.% or less of Cr, 0.9 to 1.1 wt.% of Mo, 0.015 to 0.1 wt.% of Nb, 0.05 to 0.08 wt.% of V, 0.01 to 0.03 wt.% of Ti, 0.015 to 0.03 wt.% of Al, 0.01 to 0.015 wt.% of N and 15 ppm or less of O. The alloy for a transmission gear has remarkably improved bending fatigue strength, contact fatigue strength and impact energy compared to an existing Cr alloy or a Cr-Mo alloy since the alloy is composed by removing factors deteriorating the fatigue strength.

CONSTITUTION: An air suction device capable of improving ventilation performance of a driver seat comprises a front panel(10), a reinforcement member(20), an upper cover(30), a preprocessing filtering unit(40), a lower cover(50), and a postprocessing filter unit(60). The front panel includes an air inflow hole(11). The reinforcement member comprises a guide unit(21) and an air inflow unit and supports the front panel. The guide unit guides air flowing in the air inflow hole, and the air inflow unit is connected to the guide unit. The upper cover is arranged in the rear of the reinforcement member and comprises a mounting unit. The preprocessing filtering unit is mounted on the mounting unit of the upper cover. The lower cover is arranged in the rear of the upper cover and forms an air passage(S). The postprocessing filter unit is arranged in the upper part of the lower cover.

The surface hardness(Hv) of the steel 565 or greater, and the core hardness(Hv) of the steel is 240 or greater. An annulus gear of an automatic transmission is manufactured with the free-cutting nitriding steel.
