Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject detergent suitable for simply and surely sterilizing and cleaning a hard body such as a floor, capable of exhibiting stable and high sterilizing power and cleaning power, by making a chlorine-based sterilizer, a surfactant and a solid acid into a solid preparation. SOLUTION: This solid sterilizing detergent for a hard body has pH2-12 at 1 wt.% of an aqueous solution and comprises (A) 0.1-80 wt.% of a chlorine- based sterilizer such as dichloroisocyanuric acid, etc., (B) 0.1-80 wt.% of a solid acid such as fumaric acid, etc., (C) 0.01-80 wt.% of a surfactant, and, if necessary, (D) 0.1-80 wt.% of a foaming agent, (E) a pH adjuster, (F) 0.1-20 wt.% calculated as the amount of F1 of a mixture of (F1 ) 1 mol of a cationic sterilizer and (F2 )>=0.5 mol of a chelating agent and (G) 0.1-50 wt.% of an inorganic peroxide.

SOLUTION: This solid sterilizing detergent for perishable foods has pH 2-12 at 1 wt.% aqueous solution and comprises (A) 0.1-80 wt.% of a chlorine- based sterilizer such as (higher) bleaching powder, sodium chlorite, etc., (B) 0.1-80 wt.% of a solid acid such as fumaric acid, succinic acid, etc., (C) 0.01-80 wt.% of a surfactant such as sodium oleate, a sorbitan fatty acid ester, etc., and, if required, (D) 0.1-80 wt.% of a foaming agent, (E) a pH adjuster and (F) 1-50 wt.% of an inorganic peroxide.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a rinsing agent composition free from the lowering of cationic surfactant activity even in the coexistence of a material having an anionic charge and capable of sufficiently exhibiting the characteristic function. CONSTITUTION:A rinsing agent composition contains (A) a cationic surfactant, optionally a quaternary ammonium salt of formula I or II [at least one of R to R and at least one of R and R are alkyl or alkenyl which may be replaced with alkoxyl, alkenyloxy, alkanoylamino, alkenoylamino, alkanoyloxy or alkenoyloxy having the total carbon number of 8-28 and the rests are benzyl, 1-5C alkyl, l-5C hydroxyalkyl or (R O)mH (R is 2-3C alkylene; (m)=1-20)] and (B) >=0.5 time mole (based on the component A), especially 1-2 times mole of chelate, e.g. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, citric acid or tripolyphosphoric acid. Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the composition not suffering from a decrease in the activity of the constituent cationic sterilizer even in the presence of a negatively charged substance and excelling in detergency by mixing a cationic sterilizer with a metal chelating agent and a nonionic surfactant and/or an amphoteric surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The composition comprises a cationic sterilizer (a), a metal chelating agent (b) in an amount 0.5 time by moles that of component (a) and a nonionic surfactant and/or an amphoteric surfactant (c). Component (a) is used in an amount of desirably 0.5-5wt.% based on the total composition, and component (c) is used in an amount of desirably 5-50wt.% based on the total composition. Desirable examples of component (b) used include ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, hydroxyethyethylenediaminetriacetic acid and citric acid. Desirable examples of component (c) used include alkylpolyglycoside and alkyldimethylamino fatty acid betaine.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a fungicide composition having high fungicidal effect, long durability and excellent storage stability and usable in a wide field from industrial use to domestic use. CONSTITUTION:The fungicide composition contains (A) 1 pt.wt. of an inorganic peroxide such as sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate and sodium peroxytripolyphosphate, (B) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of an organic acid incomplete ester of a polyhydric alcohol as an activation agent for the component A, e.g. 1-8C fatty acid incomplete ester of glycerols and/or sugars and (C) 0.01-90 pts.wt. of an alkaline earth metal salt necessary for the stabilization of the produced peracid. The amount of the component C is especially 0.1-20 pts.wt. based on the component B. The composition is produced in the form of a solid such as powder, granule and tablet by conventional method, diluted with water in use and applied preferably at an inorganic peroxide concentration of 25-1,000ppm.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a large amount of an L-amino acid such as L-glutamic acid, L-lysine or L-glutamine by culturing a bacterium capable of producing an L-amino acid in a medium containing a specific polyglycerol and collecting the L-amino acid from the culture mixture. CONSTITUTION:Glycerol is condensed through dehydration in the presence of an alkali preferably at 200-300 deg.C to prepare a polyglycerol, an alkylene oxide is added to the polyglycerol in the presence of an alkali catalyst under pressure by heating to give an adduct of the polyglycerol with a polyoxyalkylene of the formula (n is 2-50; R to R are H or 2-31C acyl; X is 2-4C alkylene; m1, m2 and m3 are 0-200). Then this compound is added to a medium containing a carbon source, a nitrogen source, a salt, etc., a bacterium (e.g. Corynebacterium glutamicum) capable of producing an L-amino acid is inoculated into the medium, cultured at 30 deg.C for 18 hours and a product is collected from the culture solution by ion exchange resin treatment to efficiently produce a large amount of the L-amino acid.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bactericidal detergent composition which provides sure bactericidal effects by a simple treatment and is excellent in safeness and workability by incorporating an inorganic peroxide, tetraacetylethylenediamine, and protease into the same. SOLUTION: An inorganic peroxide (A), tetraacetylethylenediamine (B), and protease (C) are compounded in a wt. ratio of A/B of (10/1)-(1/2). Ingredient C is compounded preferably in such an amount that the activity in use is 20 APU/L to 10 mAPU/L. Preferably, the composition further contains at least one surfactant (D) selected from among nonionic, anionic, cationic, and ampholytic surfactants and an alkali (alkaline earth metal) salt of an inorganic acid (E). Preferably, ingredients D and E are compounded in such amounts that the wt. ratio of B/D is (20/1)-(2/1) and that of A/E is (1/1)-(4/1).
