    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain freshness of a food by a method wherein the number of revolutions of a refrigerator fan is reduced to a minimum and the increase of a refrigerator temperature is suppressed to a minimum, in operation right after defrosting of a refrigerator on which an inverter is mounted. SOLUTION: By detecting a defrosting completion signal from a defrosting completion detecting means 10, an output is fed to a number of revolutions of fan correcting means 12. The minimum number of revolutions is selected in getting priority over the number of revolutions decided by a temperature difference between a refrigerator temperature and a set temperature. Cooling air has the efficiency of heat-exchange being improved in such a away that the number of revolutions of a refrigerator fan 8 is suppressed by being delayed by a time in which operation of a timer 13 is completed or temperature by a vaporiser temperature detecting means attains a given value and an airflow is reduced, and the cooling air is fed. Thereafter, the number of revolutions is increased to a value decided by a temperature difference between the refrigerator temperature and the set temperature and a cooling airflow is increased.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller fan which can reduce generation of noise when the fan is rotated. SOLUTION: A propeller fan is formed by radially providing a plurality of sheets of blades 1. R1 is assumed for the center in a circumferential direction in a root part 2 of the blade 1, and R2 is assumed for the center in a circumferential direction in a peripheral part of the blade 1. When O is assumed for the center of rotation of the blade 1, an angle formed between a line connecting O to R1 and a line connecting O to R2 is 18 to 22 deg., a line P connecting R1 to R2 is tilted to a suction side at an angle of 22 to 27 deg. to a surface S vertical to a rotary shaft passing through R1 , and a curved point 4 is provided in a blade section, in a sectional shape in a circumferential direction of the blade 1. The blade 1 is formed so that a delivery side is a protrusive surface into a protrusive shape from a leading edge in a rotational direction of the blade 1 to the curved point 4 and the delivery side is a recessed surface into a recessed shape from the curved point 4 to a trailing edge in a rotational direction of the blade 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a hot plate from resonating owing to vibration of a compressor during operation by providing a stepped part over the entire width of one side which crosses a heat dissipation pipe and forms a connection part of the hot plate substantially perpendicularly to the side. CONSTITUTION: A compressor 5 is mounted and supported on a compressor mounting plate 1 by inserting an anchorage pin 4 through a hole formed in a leg 5a of the compressor and a hole 6a formed in a fixing tool 6. A hot plate 2 is connected with the compressor mounting plate 1 with screws 3, and a stepped part 10 is provided over the entire width of one side which crosses a heat dissipation pipe 3 and forms a connection part of the hot plate 2 substantially perpendicularly to the one side. Hereby, nodes and loops of lower order natural vibrations of the hot plate 2 are securely fixed, so that high rigidity of the hot plate 2 is ensured and the hot plate 2 is securely prevented from resonating owing to vibration of the compressor 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase the heat-exchanging efficiency of a condenser without enlarging a machine chamber by a method wherein the condenser, a blower, compressor and evaporation tray are arranged in the machine chamber which is partitioned at a lower rear part of a refrigerator main body, and the blower is arranged on the air flow upstream side of the condenser. Then, the machine chamber 2 is constituted of an external box bottom plate 3, condenser 4, blower 5 which is arranged on the air flow upstream side of the condenser 4, and mounting plate 7 on which a compressor 6 is mounted, and a tilted surface part is provided on the external box bottom plate 3. Then, a front side air inlet 9 is provided on the external box bottom plate 3 of the refrigerator main body 1, and a slit cover 18 to prevent mouse from entering is provided. Then, on a machine chamber cover 8, a plurality of slit-form rear side air inlets 10, and a plurality of slit-form air discharging ports 11 are provided, and the inside of the machine chamber is partitioned into right and left two chambers by a partitioning plate 12. Then, a bell-mouth 12a is provided on the partitioning plate 12, and an evaporation tray 13 to receive defrosting water is arranged directly above the compressor 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the rigidity of a cylindrical muffler communicated with a discharge hole in a motor compressor element disposed in a closed container and fixed to the closed container by a fixture, without deteriorating the damping effect for pressure pulsation, and to prevent noise from increasing, by fixing the fixture to the container in a specific range so as to make the fixture into close-contact with the muffler. CONSTITUTION:Coolant gas compressed in a cylinder is discharged into a discharge chamber through a valve in a recess in a bearing, and from a discharge hole formed in a discharge cover through a connection pipe 11, and is then led into a cooling system through a tail pipe 14. A fist muffler and a second muffler 13 is constituted by recesses and the discharge chamber so as that pressure pulsation of the coolant is damped when the coolant passes through the discharge chamber. With this arrangement, a fixture 15 which is fixed to the second muffler 13 by welding or the like, over more than one-quarter of the circumference of the latter is firmly coupled to a stay 16 fixed of the closed casing by welding or the like, by means of a screw 17.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a silencing effect from its decrease due to columnar resonance so as to reduce compressor noise by providing a chamber in a connecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:A chamber 15 provided in a connecting pipe 11 is formed to be sealed by welding or the like and arranged in a closed case 2. Refrigerant gas compressed in a cylinder 7 is once delivered to a delivery chamber 10a through a valve in a hollow cavity part of a bearing 9, delivered to the chamber 15 through the connecting pipe 11 from a delivery hole provided in a delivery cover 10, and further delivered to a delivery chamber 13a by the connecting pipe 11, to guide the gas to a cooling system from a tail pipe 14. In a process thus provided, a pressure pulsation generated in the cylinder 7 is damped by the first silencer 12, constituted of the hollow cavity part and the delivery chamber 10a, second silencer 13 and the chamber 15, to actuate the chamber 15 as an expansion type silencer, and a refrigerant pressure pulsation is damped in the case that a refrigerant passes through the delivery chambers 10a, 13a and the chamber l5. In this way, compressor noise can be reduced.
