    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce coolant gas volume leaking from a clearance in a cylinder bore by loosely-fitting a tetrafluoroethylene resin piston ring into a groove which is provided at the outer periphery of a piston freely. CONSTITUTION:A piston 20 which is made of aluminum material and reciprocates inside a cylinder bore 17a with the rotation of a crank shaft 8 through a connecting rod 9 is provided with a groove 20a equipped with two pairs of piston rings 21 made of material whose main element is tetrafluoroethylene resin on its outer periphery. The piston ring 21 is guided to the groove 20a in a clearance between the piston 20 and the cylinder bore 17a so that the piston 20 may not be brought into contact with the cylinder bore 17a during moving. Moreover, a diametrical clearance between the piston and the cylinder bore is set at 1/100-1/300 time as wide as the diameter of the piston. Therefore, it is possible to obtain stable cooling performance even when leaking loss increases due to pressure ratio increase at the time of replacing coolant CFC12, which is generally used, with HFC134a.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To constitute each bearing in liquid lubricant to be rotated high in speed and to be long in life, and thereby make a device stable in operation by pressing each ball bearing supporting the shaft of a displacement type compression machine section into the shaft with pressure and so on so as to be housed in wherein solid individual lubricants are filled in the inside of each bearing. CONSTITUTION:The carrier allows a shaft 20 to be rotated by a motor composed of the stator 3 and the rotor 4 of a displacement type compression machine section 1. A roller 6 which is incorporated into the eccentric section 20a of the shaft 20, is then eccentrically rotated while liquid refrigerant introduced in the inside of a cylinder from a pipe 11 is being compressed, so that refrigerant is discharged out of a port 10 to a pipe 12 through the inside of a case 2. In this case, the shaft 20 is supported by both a main and an auxiliary bearing 21 and 22 housing respective ball bearings 23 and 24. The respective ball bearings 23 and 24 are filled with respective solid individual lubricants 23e and 24e. By this constitution, the existence of the solid individual lubricants 23e and 24e around respective balls results in excellent lubrication as the respective balls (not shown) in the respective ball bearings 23 and 24 are rotated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the miniaturization and reduction in noise by conforming the discharge directions to release the discharge flows from first and second compression chambers into a single muffler. CONSTITUTION:A first cylinder 31 forms a first compression chamber 29 together with a rotor 3 side housing 27 and a first intermediate plate 28, and has a first communicating hole 33 for guiding discharge flow to a muffler 32. A second cylinder 40 forms a second compression chamber together with a second intermedinate plate 34 and an anti-rotor 3 side housing 36. The discharge directions are conformed to each other to release the discharge flows from the first and second compression chambers 29, 37 into the single muffler 32. Hence, miniaturization can be enhanced while holding a sufficient muffler capacity. The pulsation component contained in the discharge flow can be smoothed to reduce noise.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the pulsation of discharge flow so as to obtain a silent two-cylider rotary compressor by uniting the discharge flow from a first compression chamber and that from a second compression chamber in a muffler with approximately half cycle phase delay. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 22 is provided with a first and a second eccentric shafts 23, 24, and a first cylinder 31 forms a first compression chamber 29 together with a rotor side housing 27 and a first middle plate 28. The first middle plate 28 is provided with a first discharge opening 31 for the passing of discharge flow from the first compression chamber 29 as well as with a first communicating hole 33for leading discharge flow to a muffler 32. A second cylinder 40 forms a second compression chamber 37 together with a second middle plate 34 and a non-rotor side housing 36, and is provided with a second communicating hole 35 for communicating the first communicating hole 33 with a release hole 39. The eccentric direction phase difference of the first and second eccentric shafts 23, 24 of the crankshaft 22 is determined in such a way that the discharge flow from the first compression chamber 29 and that from the second compression chamber 37 are united in the muffler 32, being dislocated by approximately half phase in relation to the rotational cycle of the crankshaft 22.

The main body has a leaf valve H for opening or closing a high pressure valve seat 39 of the seat H36 with a pressure of refrigerant, a spring 41 for biasing a leaf valve H40 against the high pressure valve seat 39 and its guide 45 and a seat M42 provided with an O-ring 43 at its end part, having a pipe through-hole 42a at its central part fixed by the main body 34 and the roll caulking part 44. The main body 34 of which position is set is inserted by an inner circumferential projection 47 of the stopper 46 and a low pressure valve 33 fixed by a roll caulking part 44 are provided. The other end of the main body 34 forms a low pressure refrig erant inlet pipe 51 with a reduced diameter pipe, thereby an assemblying work can be substantially improved and its reliability in operation can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain life reliability improvable with a load reduced in ball bearings by arranging the one ball bearing in an electric motor element side and the other opposite to the electric motor element side from an eccentric part of a crankshaft, of the two ball bearings for rotatably supporting the crankshaft. CONSTITUTION:A ball bearing 28 is inserted to a crankshaft 25 to which a thrust plate 34 is fixed by a bolt 35. Thus by arranging bearings 27 and 28 in an electric motor element side and in a side opposite thereto from an eccentric part 26 of the crankshaft 25, in a compressor, a load by reaction of a compression load of a piston 14 is almost equally received by the bearings 27 and 28. Accordingly, a load for the bearings 27 and 28 can be reduced with life reliability possible to be enhanced. While when a spring 32 is inserted between an outer frame part 31 of the bearing 28 and its bearing part 30, a thrust load of the spring 32 + dead weight force of the crankshaft 25 and a rotor 4 acts on the bearing 27 with the thrust load of the spring 32 acting on the bearing 28, and a sliding noise can be low suppressed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a low cost and high-reliable fluid control valve by a method wherein at least the end surface on the third valve seat body side of a first leaf valve is lined with rubber. CONSTITUTION:First and second valve devices 6 and 7 located in high and low pressure circuits A and B of a fluid control valve 1 are formed in a cylindrical body 8, and vertically partitioned by means of a third valve device 9. During running of a rotary compressor 2, a first leaf valve 13 is attracted to a third valve seat body 22, and an inlet 10 and an outlet 11 of the valve device 6 are intercommunicated. A high pressure refrigerant continuously flows from a condenser 3 to a capillary tube 4, a leaf valve 17 of the valve device 7 is opened by means of a force of gas flowing from an inlet 16 to an outlet 18, and a low pressure refrigerant continuously flows from a vaporizer 5 to the rotary compressor 2 to perform freezing operation. In this case, even when refuse is circulated togetherwith a refrigerant and is lodged between a valve seat body 22 and the leaf valve 13, fine refuse is attracted through resilient deformation of a rubber coating layer 23, and sealing ability of the valve device is ensured.
