Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioner which, without the need of the user's troublesome control, can be controlled in a manner of having the indoor PMV value at the neutrality in accordance with the season. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a cooling/heating means 11 for indoor cooling or heating, a room temperature detecting means 2 to detect the room temperature, an outdoor temperature detecting means 8 to detect the outdoor temperature, a means of storing the previous operation hysteresis 7 for storing detection information at the time of previous operation, a season-judging means 6 for inferring the season of the operation from the room temperature of the living space, outdoor temperature, and previous operation for calculating the PMV value of the living space in accordance with the season, and a means of controlling the PMV cooling/heating 10 for controlling the cooling/heating means 11 in a manner of having the PMV value of the living space at the neutrality. As a result, without being restricted as regards the location of installation of detective means and without the need of troublesome control and for an inexpensive constitution an air conditioner can be controlled in a manner of having the PMV value at the neutrality in accordance with the season in which it is operated.

Thus, if the value is not neutral, the altering means is controlled to control a blow-off flow so that the value becomes neutral, thereby rapidly set the value to neutral.

The change of output of the amplifier 6 is measured by an output change measuring means 8, and it is decided whether or not the change of output shows prescribed one by a second decision means 12, and the high frequency converter 3 is stopped by the stopping signal from a stopping signal generating means 10 based on decision results by the first and second decision means 9, 12. Also, when it is decided that the change of output arrives at the one less than the prescribed one by the second decision means 12, sales is stopped by generating a sales stopping signal from a sale stopping signal generating means 13.

Thus, a safe induction heating controller for the automatic vending machine is obtained where drink of high viscosity or aerated drink is not erroneously heated even when the drink is erroneously thrown-in.

Consequently, the net of many kinds of drink cans is automatically discriminated without using mechanism parts, and the heating time is changed by the net. Thus, many kinds of drink cans different in net are sold with one automatic vending machine to improve the operating ratio.

When the can is discriminated suitable for heating by a bar code discrimination signal 18 inputted in advance, continuously, the capacity of the contained drink is samely discriminated and induced heating is executed only for the time corresponding to the capacity. When heating is finished, a heat ending and conveying means 20 is operated to convey the can drink to a selling port and the heated sale is completed. Thus, erroneous heating is prevented and the capacity is detected at low cost.

Thus the heating output is made constant, and without the effect of the input voltage, a canned beverage 2 can be heated on the constant heating output for a constant time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a selling oppotunity from being decreased and to keep the temperature of can drink constant by storing a time, in which the can drink is put in, to a sell memory, computing a cold reserving time in the commodity carrying device of the can drink to be next sold and deciding whether the next can drink can be sold or not. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 17 stores the put-in time in a sell memory 20 for each can drink according to a signal from a put-in detection circuit 16. When it is finished to fill up the can drink, a sales deciding circuit 19 compares the time data, which are stored to the sell memory 20, with a present time and decides whether the can drink to be next sold is kept cold in the commodity carrying device only for a time determined in advance or not. Then, it is judged whether the can drink can be sold or not. Thus, even when the can drink is remained in the commodity carrying device and the can drink is filled up, concerning the can drink to be already kept cold, it is not prohibited to sell the can drink. Then, for the can drink to be newly put-in, since the can drink is kept cold while the remained can drink is sold, the time of the sales prevention is decreased.
