Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fiber material readily removing stain from which an oil stain after allowing to stand can be simply removed by home washing and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This fiber material readily removing stain is a fiber structure coated with at least two layers of soil release layers in which the inner layer of the soil release layers is composed of a resin layer consisting essentially of a hydrophilic polyester and the outer layer is composed of a resin layer consisting essentially of one or more kinds of hydrophobic polymers removable by washing. This method for producing the fiber material readily removing stain comprises impregnating a liquid containing the resin consisting essentially of the hydrophilic polyester into a fiber structure, heat-treating the fiber structure to stick the resin to the fiber structure, impregnating a liquid containing the resin consisting essentially of one or more kinds of the hydrophobic polymers into the fiber structure and drying the fiber structure.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material whose oil stains adhered thereto after left to stand can readily be removed by domestic washing, and to provide a method for producing such a material. SOLUTION: This material is a fibrous structural material imparted with at least two compounds: a compound A based on a hydrophilic resin and a compound B based on an oil with affinity for water. The other objective method for producing the above material comprises the following process: a fibrous structural material is immersed in a liquid containing the compound A followed by heat treatment to effect solidification of the compound A, which is thus set on the fibrous structural material, and the resulting fibrous structural material is immersed in a liquid containing the compound B followed by drying to effect imparting the fibrous structural material with the compound B; alternatively, a fibrous structural material is immersed in a liquid containing both the compounds A and B followed by heat treatment to effect solidification of the compound A and setting it on and simultaneously allowing the compound B to adhere to the fibrous structural material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture permeable and waterproofing a stock, which has a high filmy surface strength simultaneous with the high grade moisture permeability and waterproofness. SOLUTION: In this moisture permeable and water proofing stock, at least one water growing resin layer is provided so as to bond on one whole surface of a fibrous structure. At least one continuous resin layer is laminated onto a release substrate under the condition that its bonding layer becomes its uppermost layer and then turned into a film so as to contact-band the fibrous structure to the bonding layer. After bonding, the release substrate is removed. Thus, the enlargement of the developing usage in especially laminated stock becomes possible.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating stock material having a high permeable performance to water vapor and a high water-resistant performance and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This laminating stock material consists of a non-porous polyurethane resin A layer having the thickness of 0.1-10 μm and and a non-porous polyurethane resin B layer, the water absorption swelling rate of which is larger than that of the resin A layer and which has the thickness of 5-50 μm. In this case, a composite film formed by laminating the resin B layer onto one side of the resin A layer, is laminated through adhesive onto a fibrous structure under the condition that the resin A layer side faces to the structure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a base material for carrying enzymes, which is composed of a carrier, a polymer which is coated on the carrier and an enzyme which is bonded through disulfide bonds to the polymer whereby the deactivated enzymes can be readily exchanged at room temperature. CONSTITUTION: This enzyme carrier of, for example, spherical nylon 6 resin particles of 10μm average particle sizes are added to a solution of a polymer bearing disulfide groups such as keratin extracted from wool in a borate buffer solution to coat the particle surfaces with a polymer having thiol group formed by reducing the disulfide bonds of the keratin. The coated particles are treated with N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridylthio)propionate and allowed to react with an enzyme having 2-pyridyldisulfide group such as peroxidase whereby this enzyme carrier base material coated with a polymer to which an enzyme is bonded is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the enzymatic activity by immobilizing a proteolytic enzyme and at least another digestive enzyme on a water-soluble organic high- molecular polymer. CONSTITUTION:A specified amount of a water-soluble organic high-molecular polymer such as a methyl vinyl ether/maleic anhydride copolymer is dissolved in a certain amount of a phosphate buffer solution to form a solution (A). A specified amount of a proteolytic enzyme such as alkali protease is dissolved in a certain amount of a phosphate buffer solution to form a solution (B). A specified amount of at least one digestive enzyme selected from among a fat or oil decomposition enzyme such as lipase, a starch decomposition enzyme such as amylase and like enzymes is dissolved in a certain amount of a phosphate buffer solution to form a solution (C). Equal volumes of solutions A, B and C are mixed with each other, and the resulting mixture is subjected to an enzyme immobilization reaction at 20 deg.C for about 48 hours to immobilize the enzymes simultaneously. Thus, the objective assistant having high enzymatic activity and high deterging power can be obtained.

SOLUTION: The composition includes 30% to 500% of magnetic substance particles as a percentage of the weight of the fiber. It is preferred that an electromagnetic reflection layer and/or a protection layer be provided on the surface of the composition.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated cloth generating no dye transfer staining and a method for producing the cloth inexpensively, easily and stably. SOLUTION: In the lamination processing of a polyester fiber such as a polypropylene terephthalate fiber or the like, porous fine particles such as silica fine particles or the like are employed in a surface coating film and an adhesive in order to adsorb a dye to prevent the same from issuing to the outside and, with respect to a dye transferring throughout a solvent at the time of processing, a color erasing method by chemical reaction using org. peroxide or the like is employed.
