Abstract:
PURPOSE: Preprocessing apparatus and method of removing chloroform/methanol for producing feed using biodiesel lipid extraction process byproducts are provided to effectively remove toxic organic solvents from the byproducts. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of removing chloroform/methanol for producing feed using biodiesel lipid extraction process byproducts comprises the following steps: extracting lipid from Chlorella sp. using the chloroform/methanol as a solvent; filtering the extract to obtain solid portion, and crushing the solid portion; adding distilled water into the crushed solid portion, and processing the mixture using ultrasonic waves in 30kHz for 20 minutes; passing the mixture through first and second separation spaces(2, 4) with air outlets using pipes(1, 3, 5) for removing the chloroform/methanol; and drying the obtained solid portion.

본 발명은 알코올 배양액 내의 바이오에탄올(bio-ethanol) 농도를 중크롬산염 산화법(dichromate oxidation method)을 응용하여 신속하고도 정확하게 측정하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 측정 방법은, (1) 추출용매 tri- n -butylphosphate를 이용하여 알코올 배양액에서 에탄올을 추출하는 단계;와 (2) 위 추출한 에탄올에 대해 중크롬산염 산화법(dichromate oxidation method)을 이용하여 에탄올의 농도를 측정하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A method for enhancing glucose production is provided to ensure eco-friendly property using water and high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment method for saccharification of high efficiency of by-products of seaweeds and agricultural products by a nano pulverizer comprises: a step of crushing one of by-products of seaweeds and agricultural products using a homogenizer at 20,000-30,000rpm for 15-25 minutes; and a step of applying the material at 20000-30000psi of pressure.

PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing ultra-high pressure extract of Paeonia lactiflora is provided to remove free radical and to ensure antibacterial activity. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition with antibacterial and antiaging ability contains ultra-high pressure extract of Paeonia lactiflora. The extract is isolated at 300-500Mpa using 70% ethanol. The extract is contained in 0.001-10 wt% based on total composition. The composition is manufactured in the form of a softener, lotion, massage cream, pack, gel, or skin adhesive type cosmetics.

PURPOSE: A method for isolating ginsenoside from lower grade ginseng is provided to ensure elusion amount and to convert into high functional ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating ginsenoside of lower grade ginseng comprises a step of washing and cutting the lower grade ginseng in 1-2cm; and a step of isolating the lower grade ginseng using distilled water at 60-80°C and 100-300 atm for 20-40 minutes. Ginsenoside is isolated from the lower grade ginseng extract.
