PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of highly pure unsaturated fatty acids is provided to remarkably improve the selectivity of separation, to reduce environmental load by reducing the generation amount of waste water, and to save energy costs. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly pure unsaturated fatty acid comprises a step of obtaining glass fatty acid containing highly unsaturated fatty acid by hydrolyzing animal and plant oil waste resource (S1); a step of conducting an element adding-determination method to the mixture of urea and the glass fatty acid containing highly unsaturated fatty acid (S2); a step of adding a surfactant to a collected liquid phase and stirring the mixture (S3); and a step of cooling the liquid phase and separating a highly pure unsaturated fatty acid (S4).

PURPOSE: A norbornene dialkyl ester compound is provided to have excellent thermal stability while maintaining abrasion resistance, and to not contain heavy metal and toxic material. CONSTITUTION: A norbornene dialkyl ester compound is represented by chemical formula 1 which has a dialkyl dithiocarbamate group. In the chemical formula 1: each of R1 is C1-10 alkyl group; and each of R is C4-20 alkyl group or alkenyl group. A manufacturing method of the norbonene dialkyl ester compound comprises: a step of manufacturing a norbonene dialkyl ester by conduct a reaction of dialkyl maleate and dicyclopentadiene; and a step of conduct a reaction of the norbonene dialkyl ester with carbon disulfide and dialkyl amine.

PURPOSE: An engine oil deterioration sensing method and a system are provided to facilitate to determine the deterioration of engine oil by using a near-infrared measuring device which is cheap and possible to miniaturize, thereby enable to apply to a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An engine oil deterioration sensing method is as follows. The primary absorbance of engine oil is measured by using near-infrared rays at a frequency of 100nm or greater. The secondary absorbance of the using engine oil is measured. A determination value multiplying a difference of the first absorbance and the second absorbance by the square of a daily mean driving distance is calculated. When the determination value is 500 or greater, the deterioration of the engine oil is determined.

본 발명은 폴리(스티렌-알킬 아크릴레이트-무수 말레인산)의 아마이드 및 에스테르 공중합체를 포함하는 분산제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리(스티렌-알킬 아크릴레이트-무수 말레인산) 아마이드 및 에스테르 분산제는 분자 구조 내에 탄화수소기와, 카르복실산 그룹 및 아마이드/에스테르 구조를 동시에 갖고 있어 연료유, 오일, 잉크, 페인트, 코팅제 등에 포함되는 다양한 종류의 카본, 안료 등을 효과적으로 분산할 수 있다.

본 발명은 숙신산 발효액으로부터 알킬 숙시네이트를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 숙신산 발효액을 pH 1.6 ~ 3.5로 전처리한 다음, 전처리된 숙신산 발효액과 지방 알코올을 효소 촉매 하에서 수상 에스테르화 반응시켜 알킬 숙시네이트를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 알킬 숙시네이트의 제조방법은 숙신산 발효액을 직접 사용하고, 효소를 촉매로 연속적으로 재사용하는 경우에도 안정적이고 높은 수율로 알킬 숙시네이트를 얻을 수 있으며, 제조된 알킬 숙시네이트는 오일에 대한 용해성이 우수하여 윤활제, 폴리에스테르를 제조하기 위한 전구체 등으로 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
