The lock lever is installed to a hinged portion(31) of both sides of the body portion. The lock lever presses the panel portion. The leaf spring fixes a position of the lock lever. The panel portion has an installing groove to penetrate the lock lever. Therein, the panel portion adheres to the dash board by pushing the body portion and the lock lever to the installing groove. Therefore, noise and polluted air are prevented by sealing the dash board in and out.

CONSTITUTION: A parking brake of a vehicle comprises a spindle(20) mounted on a side portion of a parking lever(10); a first ratchet gear(30) fixed on the spindle; a gear unit(31) formed in the first ratchet gear; a second ratchet gear(40) contacted to the gear unit of the first ratchet gear; a lock spring(50) preventing reverse rotation by being arranged on a side portion of the second ratchet gear; an actuator(60) releasing the lock spring; an operational lever(70) connected to the lock spring; and a bracket(80) maintaining a shaft of the lock spring. The second ratchet gear is released by pushing an end portion of the lock spring while actuating the operational lever. Thereby, the parking brake of the vehicle reduces lever ratio by separately dividing a position of the ratchet gear. Moreover, the parking brake in the vehicle prevents breakage of the lock spring by preventing excess torque.
