Abstract:
본 발명은 누에추출물을 유효성분으로 하는 혈당조절용 약학 조성물, 천연물의약품 및 건강기능식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 혈당조절용 약학 조성물은 5령3일의 연녹잠 누에로부터 추출한 추출물을 포함하며, 상기 추출물은 에탄올을 용매로 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 유효성분을 포함하는 것이 특징이다. 본 발명에 따른 누에 추출물의 약학 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 혈당조절용 천연물의약품, 건강기능식품은 혈당조절능이 높은 제조방법 및 용량을 명확히 함으로써, 그로 인해 도출될 수 있는 약효가 종래의 누에분말보다 우수하며, 이와 더불어 종래의 양잠산물에 국한되지 않고, 고부가가치 상품으로 개발이 가능하기 때문에, 양잠농가의 소득증대에 유용하다.

세균의 검출 여부를 시각적으로 표시하는 세균 검출 키트; 상기 세균 검출 키트를 수용하는 수용 영역 및 상기 수용 영역과 마주 보는 위치에 형성된 개구부를 포함하는 하우징, 상기 수용 영역에 수용된 상기 세균 검출 키트에 빛을 조사하는 광원부, 및 상기 개구부에 설치된 확대용 렌즈를 포함하는 휴대용 세균 검출 보조 장치; 및 상기 휴대용 세균 검출 보조 장치의 상기 확대용 렌즈를 통해 확대된 상기 검출키트를 촬상하는 촬상 유닛, 저장 유닛, 및 상기 촬상 유닛에 의해 촬상된 상기 검출 키트의 영상정보를 판독하여 세균의 검출 여부를 판단하는 연산 유닛을 포함하는 휴대용 세균 검출 키트 판독 단말기를 포함하는 세균 검출 시스템이 개시된다.

The present invention relates to an identifying method of Cordyceps militaris using a PCR method; a primer used for the method; and a Cordyceps militaris identifying kit including the primer. By using the method of the present invention, a user can accurately and rapidly identify Cordyceps militaris which is not easily identified by the outer appearance, thereby capable of being widely applied for developing various products containing Cordyceps militaris.

The present invention relates to a labeling agent for Aflatoxin B1 detection and a kit for Aflatoxin B1 detection comprising the same, and more specifically, to a labeling agent for detecting Aflatoxin B1 of a nanoparticle - Aflatoxin B1 - carrier protein polymer and a kit for Aflatoxin B1 detection comprising the same and consisting of a single detection line. The labeling agent for detecting a nanoparticle - Aflatoxin B1 - carrier protein polymer and the kit for Aflatoxin B1 detection comprising the same induce a competitive binding reaction with antibodies immobilized on the detection line to minimize the deformation of antibodies, thereby maximizing the activating efficiency of antibodies, and are useful for the quantitative and qualitative detection of Aflatoxin B1.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a Cordyceps militaris-derived compound for treating obesity is provided to ensure an excellent anti-obesity effect without side effects and toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating obesity contains two or more compounds selected among cordycepin, guanosine, and tryptophan derived from Cordyceps militaris. The compound is prepared by extracting Cordyceps militaris with a solvent and fractioning with butanol. The solvent is prepared by mixing water and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1:1. The composition suppresses differentiation of adipocytes.

PURPOSE: A photo biosensor and a method for detecting food poisoning bacterial using the same are provided to perform antigen-antibody immune response and to easily and quickly measure contamination degree. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting an antigen using a photo biosensor comprises: a step of attaching an antibody to the inner wall of a micro channel(a); a step of irradiating a laser waveguide with laser(b); a step of injecting a subject material to the inside of the micro channel(c); a step of detecting optical signal generated from the micro channel(d); and a step of measuring the concentration of an antigen in the subject material based on the detected optical signal(e). The antibody responds to Salmonella, O-157, and listeria.

PURPOSE: An optical bio-sensor using laser evanescent-field and a portable lab-on-a-chip device comprising the same are provided to enhance detecting sensitivity since the change of the refractive index of evanescent filed or the spectrum variation according to the presence/absence of a target substance of test samples is measured. CONSTITUTION: An optical bio-sensor using laser evanescent-field comprises a micro tube and a laser waveguide. The micro tube is touched with the laser waveguide to generate evanescent field. The change of the refractive index of evanescent filed or the spectrum variation according to the presence/absence of the target substance of the test samples, which pass through the micro tube, is measured.

An impedance biosensor for detecting Staphylococcus aureus is provided to raise the detection sense of Staphylococcus aureus and shorten the culture time. An impedance biosensor for detecting Staphylococcus aureus comprises micro electrode, capture antibody for Staphylococcus aureus and impedance module. The micro electrode is alternately arranged. The capture antibody of Staphylococcus aureus is fixed on the electrode. The impedance module measures impedance and analyzes comparing frequency. A method for detecting Staphylococcus aureus using the biosensor comprises: a step (S1) of adding reactive inhibitor to analysis test sample; a step (S2) of injecting the sample to the capture antibody on the electrode; a step (S3) of removing bacteria and foreign material which is not combined with the antibody, and a step (S4) of measuring and analyzing the impedance.

Provided is a method for discriminating domestic silkworm powder from imported silkworm powder through direct base sequencing analysis. Nine introns are used as silkworm discrimination markers. The nine introns indicate A4Intron1, A4Intron2, PTTHIntron3, LCP30Intron3, LCP30Intron4, SPIIntron3, VDPIntron4, FLCIntron3 and XDHIntron3. A method for discriminating domestic silkworm powder using the direct base sequencing analysis comprises the following steps of: extracting a genome DNA from the silkworm powder; offering information about DNA amplification existence or nonexistence in a specific intron region through PCR(polymerase chain reaction); offering information about discriminable intron regions based on species and primer in the regions through the direct base sequencing analysis; and comparing the species in the intron regions using the silkworm discrimination marker.
