본 발명은 (a1) 제1지역에서 토종오리를 수집하는 단계; (a2) 상기 제1지역에서 수집된 토종오리를 토종오리 선별 기준에 따라 선별하여 일군의 흑갈색 토종오리를 확보하는 단계; 및 (a3) 상기 (a2) 단계에서 확보된 흑갈색 토종오리를 교배하여 A 계통의 종오리를 확립하는 단계를 포함하는 제1지역으로부터 유래한 우리맛오리 종오리를 확보하는 단계, 및 (b1) 제1지역과 떨어진, 토종오리 간에 자연 교배가 발생할 수 없는 제2지역에서 토종오리를 수집하는 단계; (b2) 상기 제2지역에서 수집된 토종오리를 토종오리 선별 기준에 따라 선별하여 일군의 흑갈색 토종오리를 확보하는 단계; 및 (b3) 상기 (b2) 단계에서 확보된 흑갈색 토종오리를 교배하여 B 계통의 종오리를 확립하는 단계를 포함하는 제2지역에서 유래한 우리맛오리 종오리를 확보하는 단계를 포함하며, (c) 상기 A 계통 종오리와 B 계통 종오리를 교배시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신품종 우리맛오리를 생산하는 방법 및 이러한 방법으로 생산된 우리맛오리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 우리맛오리는 반 육용오리에 비해 조단백질 및 보수력이 높고, 구수함과 쫄깃한 육질감을 가지며, 특히 필수지방산인 아라키돈산의 함량이 높다.

The present invention provides a composition for preventing oxidation of animal fat comprising a fermented material of Leuconostoc mesenteroides A5. Moreover, an animal in which fat oxidation is suppressed, especially an animal with improved fat oxidation stability can be produced when the meat animal feeds on the composition for preventing fat oxidation as an ingredient of a feedstuff additive and a feedstuff composition. Therefore, meat of the meat animal can be stored or be distributed for a long period time and thus merchantability of the meat of the meat animal is enhanced.

The present invention provides a new variety of Woorimatdag 2 produced by interbreeding a black Cornish cock with Woorimatdag breed hen 2 (F1), which is produced by interbreeding a brown Cornish cock with a brown Korean native hen or a Rhode island red hen. Further, the present invention provides a new variety of Woorimatdag 3 produced by interbreeding a Rhode island red cock with Woorimatdag breed hen 3 (F1), which is produced by interbreeding a yellow brown, black, gray brown, or white Korean native cock and a Rhode island red hen. CONSTITUTION: An anti-stress feed composition contains 0.05 wt% of alpha-lipoic acid for the total amount of the feed composition. The feed composition is for chicken, duck, goose, pheasant, pig, cow, goat, dog, and cat.

PURPOSE: An egg roasting machine using microwaves is provided to roast eggs without bursting by irradiating microwaves to the eggs at uniform intervals. CONSTITUTION: An egg roasting machine(100) using microwaves comprises a magnetron(110), a control unit(112), egg roasting trays(117), and a constant temperature retaining unit(140). The magnetron emits microwaves to the inside a case(115). The control unit irradiates microwaves to eggs by controlling the magnetron and controls the operation time of the microwaves. The egg roasting trays have one or more grooves for accepting eggs. A thermostat is installed in the constant temperature retaining unit and uniformly maintains the temperature of the eggs.

PURPOSE: A gas collection chamber system is provided to collect pollutant gas after sealing the entire area of a substance generating the pollutant gas, for accurately measuring the concentration of the pollutant gas. CONSTITUTION: A gas collection chamber system comprises a chamber(10), an airflow volume regulator(20), a gas transfer pipe(30), a gas mixing unit(40), a gas controlling valve(50), and an inhalation pump(60). The chamber includes an outer air inhalation hole(11), and an exhausting hole(12) on the upper side. The airflow volume regulator includes an outlet(23), and an airflow volume controlling fan for discharging polluted gas inhaled through an inlet(22). The gas transfer pipe connects the exhausting hole of the chamber and the outlet of the airflow volume regulator.

CONSTITUTION: A ventilation system for windowless pigsty comprises: a pig farming space which is divided by a buffering wall(40) between front and rear walls(10,20); a buffer space in which the fresh outside air flows; an exhaust pipe in which a respective exhaust fan is combined; a plurality of main inhalation units(41) equipped in the upper part of the buffering wall in the width direction; a ventilation duct(60) in which a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the bottom in the longitudinal direction.
