본 발명은 5 ㎛ × 5 ㎛의 측정 면적 내에서, 원자 현미경(AFM)으로 측정하여, 0.20 ㎛ 이하의 중심선 평균거칠기(Ra), 0.30 ㎛ 이하의 자승근 평균거칠기(Rms)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노로드 집합체 나노로드 집합체에 관한 것으로, 상기 나노로드 집합체는 고순도의 나노로드가 일방향성으로 규칙적이고 고르게 배열되어 더 넓어진 표면적을 가지며, 이에 따라 향상된 전기화학적 성능 및 우수한 안정성을 발휘하고, 커패시터 등의 각종 전자 장치에 활용될 수 있다.

본 발명은, 팽창 흑연(expanded graphite), 다양한 종류의 도핑제(Lewis acid)를 이용하여 도핑하여 양전하를 부여하고, 이 도핑된 팽창 흑연을 유기 용매에 초음파 분산시켜 그래핀이 유기 용매에 분산된 용액을 얻고, 이 용액에 전기적으로 환원 전압(negative voltage)을 인가하여 기판(금속 또는 전도성 고분자가 코팅된것, ITO) 상에 균일한 그래핀 층을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A method for electrodepositing graphene from doped graphite is provided to obtain solution in which the graphene is dispersed by dispersing expanded graphite in an organic solvent and to electrically apply negative voltage to the solution, thereby forming a uniform graphene layer on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A method for electrodepositing graphene from doped graphite comprises following steps. Expanded graphite is doped with a doping agent. The doped expanded graphite is dispersed in an organic solvent so that solution in which the graphene is dispersed is obtained. Voltage is applied to the solution.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable resin composition is provided to increase the density of natural fibers by alkali and/or sizing process on the surface of natural fibers and to improve mechanical strength of a biodegradable resin by increasing interfacial adhesion between cellulose derivative and natural fibers. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable resin composition includes a cellulose derivative including a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1 and surface-treated natural fibers. In chemical formula 1, R is respectively H or -C(O)-X, wherein X is an alkyl group of carbon number 1-4, except that R is hydrogen. The cellulose derivative is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of cellulose acetate, cellulose diacetate, and cellulose triacetate.

PURPOSE: A biodegradable thermoplastic composition is provided to ensure excellent properties such as tensile strength, tensile modulus or flexural modulus since chemical fibers are surface-adhered and dispersed within a cellulose matrix. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable thermoplastic composition comprises cellulose derivatives including a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1 and basic chemical fabrics, wherein the cellulose derivatives and basic chemical fabrics are mixed in a weight ratio of 90:10-50:50. In chemical formula 1, R is independently H or -C(O)-X, wherein X is C1-4 alkyl group.

PURPOSE: A conductive film is provided to uniformly disperse silver particles inside the film, and to improve the stability and the transmittivity of the film by including a polymer dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film contains a conductive polymer, a polymer dispersing agent, and silver particles. The conductive polymer is selected from the group consisting of polypyrrole, polythiophene, polyaniline, and poly(3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene). The particle size of the silver particles is 5~200 nanometers. 10 parts of conductive polymer by weight includes 1~20 parts of silver particles by weight.

A skin sensor for robotic applications and a sensing method thereof are provided to increase the efficiency of a sensor by attaching a skin for the robot on the device. In a skin sensor for robotic applications and a sensing method thereof, a sensor unit(12) comprises a first and a second electrode on the top and bottom of a film which is made of the dielectric and elastic member. An external resistance(13) is serially connected to the sensor unit, and a power supply unit(14) supplies power which is set up at the sensor unit and the external resistance in advance. The controller detects voltage supplied to the external resistance and sense impedance variation, and then it determines the size of external load by using a detected result.

A biodegradable resin composition is provided to remarkably reduce fabrication costs, and to effectively remove odors such as acetic acid generated in a melting process of cellulose derivatives and basic inorganic fillers. A biodegradable resin composition comprises cellulose derivatives containing a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1 and basic inorganic fillers. In chemical formula 1, R independently shows H or -C(O)-X, wherein X shows C1-4 alkyl group, here, excluding that R altogether is hydrogen. The cellulose derivatives are at least one kind selected from the group consisting of cellulose acetate, cellulose diacetate and cellulose triacetate. The cellulose derivative is included in the amount of 50-90 parts by weight based on the biodegradable resin composition 100.0 parts by weight.

Provided is a direct methanol fuel cell which is inhibited in the crossover of methanol by reducing the diffusion velocity of methanol so as to allow the injected methanol to be reacted completely at a catalyst layer and is high in power density. The direct methanol fuel cell comprises a fuel electrode(5); an air electrode(7); a polymer electrolyte membrane(6); a fuel bottle(1); and a fuel diffusion velocity control material layer(3) which is formed between the fuel bottle and the fuel electrode. Preferably the fuel diffusion velocity control material layer is inserted between the current collector(4) and the battery support(2) present between the fuel electrode and the fuel bottle, and is made of a polymer. Preferably the battery support is made of epoxy carbon or epoxy glass.

본 발명은 박막을 이용한 나노 파운틴 펜 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 유체를 저장하는 메인 챔버와 상기 메인 챔버와 유로를 통해 연결된 보조 챔버와, 상기 보조 챔버의 상단에 설치되어 유체를 분출시키는 박막과, 상기 박막을 구동하는 팁으로 구성되고, 상기 팁의 상단은 상기 박막과 연결되고, 상기 팁의 하단은 상기 보조 챔버의 바닥에 형성된 배출구를 통과하도록 하기 때문에, 별도의 액츄에이션을 위한 장치 없이 기계적 운동을 통한 박막의 변형을 통해 잉크 분출이 가능하고 그 크기 또한 나노 단위로 우수하다는 장점이 있다.
