PURPOSE: A paste composition for forming an electrode is provided to obtain excellent degree of blackness and reflective luminance, to have superior conductivity, and to be used for manufacturing the electrode having a low resistance. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition for forming an electrode includes a conductive material, a black pigment, glass frit, an organic binder, and a solvent. A magnetic black pigment is included with an amount of 0.1~20 weight% based on the total weight of the composition. The magnetic black pigment includes metal oxides having one or more components which are selected from iron(Fe), boron(B), samarium(Sm), and neodymium(Nd). A method for forming the electrode comprises a step(S110) of spreading or printing the paste composition on a glass substrate and a step(S120) of placing the glass substrate on a magnetic substrate and drying the paste composition.

Disclosed herein is a plastic sheet with good anti-fouling properties, impact resistance, anti-static properties, and scratch resistance. The plastic sheet includes a transparent substrate, a first hard coat layer comprising a fluoroacrylate copolymer on one surface of the transparent substrate, and a second hard coat layer comprising a bisphenol-based resin and a conductive filler on the other surface of the transparent substrate.

A paste composition for forming an electrode is provided to form excellent print film without spot and pin hole during printing and have strong adhesive property on a substrate. A paste composition for forming an electrode comprises 30~90 weight% of conductive powder, 1~20 weight% of glass frit, 1~20 weight% of organic binder, 0.01~3 weight% of silicon surfactant, and solvent of balance. The conductive powder is alloy powder from gold, silver, copper, nickel, palladium, platinum, and aluminum. The silicon based surfactant includes a polyether modified polydimethyl siloxane compound. The degree of crystallization of glass frit is 5~80% and the temperature of crystallization is 400 ~ 700°C.

A hard-coating composition is provided to prepare a coating film with high hardness, low shrinkage and excellent flexibility thorough UV curing and thermal curing, and form a hardcoating sheet useful for protecting the display window due to excellent heat resistance, adhesion, and flexibility. A hard-coating composition comprises a siloxane compound 0.1-10 weight%, a polyfunctional acrylate oligomer 1-10 weight%, a multi-functional acrylic monomer 10-40 weight%, a silane coupling agent 0.1-10 weight%, a polymerization initiator 0.02-7 weight% consisting of a photocurable initiator and a thermally curable initiator, and the balance of organic solvent. The multi-functional acrylic monomer is one kind or more selected from urethane acrylate, polyester acrylate, epoxy acrylate, silicon acrylate, acrylic acrylate and melamine acrylate oligomer.

A composition for forming an electrode comprises conductive filler 5~95 weight% which has thickness of 0.05~0.75 micron, has flake-shape, and contains aluminium as a main component; organic binder 3~60 weight%; and the balance of solvent. The conductive pillar is aluminium or aluminium alloy. The conductive pillar is aluminium or aluminium alloy. The organic binder is at least one selected from a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing (i) a carboxyl group-containing monomer such as acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and itaconic acid, and (ii) a monomer having ethylenically unsaturated double bond, such as acrylic acid esters, styrene, acrylic amide and acrylonitrile.

An electromagnetic wave shielding cable is provided to simplify an inner structure of the electromagnetic wave shielding cable by forming an insulation layer around a core and an EMI shielding layer around the insulation layer. An electromagnetic wave shielding cable includes at least one core(100), an insulation layer(102), and an EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) shielding layer(110). The core is made of a conductive material. The insulation layer encloses the core. The EMI shielding layer is made of an insulation material which contains a conductive soft magnetic material. The EMI shielding layer encloses the insulation layer. The conductive soft magnetic material contains a metal soft magnetic material or a ferrite. A protective outer coating(108) encloses the EMI shielding layer.

Provided is a thermally conductive grease composite, which exhibits thermal emission and electrical insulation and imparts good shape stability as compared with conventional thermally conductive greases. The thermally conductive grease composite(10) comprises a thermally conductive grease(12) and thermally conductive nonwoven fabrics(11). The thermally conductive grease(12) uses a silicon-based oil as a base, and at least one selected from the group consisting of aluminum nitride, silica, alumina, silicon metal, boron nitride, and zinc oxide powders as thermally conductive filler. The thermally conductive nonwoven fabrics are impregnated with 100-500wt%, based on the weight of thermally conductive nonwoven fabrics, of the thermally conductive grease.
