    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cochlear implant is provided to be operated without a separate external power supply by forming a frequency separating part with a piezoelectric material. CONSTITUTION: A cochlear implant(100) comprises a housing(110), a transmitting medium(120), a frequency separating part(130), and a signal processing part(140). The housing includes a top housing(111) and a lower housing(112). The lower housing is formed according to the shape of the frequency separating part. The housing is formed to be as slim as possible. The transmitting medium plays a role of transferring an incident acoustic wave to the frequency separating part. The transmitting medium is composed of a predetermined fluid. The transmitting medium is composed of a fluid such as silicon oil.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) microphone package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a packaging process by bonding a signal processing unit with a partial region of an upper side of a back plate substrate or a membrane substrate. CONSTITUTION: A membrane substrate(110) vibrates according to outside sound pressure. A back plate substrate(120) is combined with a part of an upper part of a membrane substrate while being separated from the membrane substrate at a constant interval. A signal processing unit(130) is combined with the other part of the upper part of the membrane substrate. A first solder part(121) bonded with the back plate substrate and a second solder part(122) welded with the signal processing unit are formed on a top part of the membrane substrate. The first solder part includes a first wet layer(121a) and a first solder(121b) which is formed on the top of the first wet layer. The second solder part includes a second wet layer(122a) and a second solder(122b) which is formed on the top of the second wet layer.

    Abstract: A frequency analyzer of cochlear implant with a self power supply is provided to be transplanted into inside of the body, so there is no need of a microphone, a wireless power supply unit. A frequency analyzer of cochlear implant with a self power supply includes a substructure(200) and a superstructure(100) which are laminated. A nano-wire contact unit(120), planted with platinum, is installed under the first substrate. A second substrate(210) of the substructure has a space part for filling a fluid, and the upper part of the first electrode has the nano-wire having the property of a piezoelectric and semiconductor which is growth upwardly randomly. A sound is generated at a sound inlet and flows the fluid in the space part of the substructure.

    Abstract: A frequency analyzer of the artificial cochlea is provided, which enables to implant the artificial cochlea into the body and has the self power supply function without the battery for the electric power supply. A frequency analyzer of the artificial cochlea comprises: a substructure(200); and a top structure(100) laminated on the substructure. The top structure comprises: a first substrate(111); and a nanowire(120) which has piezoelectricity and the semiconductor chip characteristic. The substructure comprises: a second substrate(210) formed in the structure of containing the fluid; a base film(230) formed on the fluid; and a first electrode(240) formed on the base film. The nanowire of the superstructure in contact with the first electrode is transformed and the electric current is generated.
