Abstract: PURPOSE: An epoxy resin compound is provided to obtain superior fire retardancy without fire retardant agent or flame-retarding aid, suitable for a semiconductor encapsulant, a printed circuit board, an adhesive, paint, a mold, etc. CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin is in the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R is C1-12 alkyl or phenyl respectively and independently, p is integer of 0-2, and n is integer of 0-10. The epoxy resin is manufactured by epoxidation of compound in the chemical formula 2 by epihalohydrin compound. In the chemical formula 2, R is C1-C12 alkyl or phenyl respectively and independently, p is integer of 0-2. The epoxy resin composition comprises the epoxy resin in the chemical formula 1 and hardener.

Abstract: 본 발명은 난연성 폴리아릴레이트 수지 및 이의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 자세하게 설명하면, 본 발명의 수지는 특정 구조의 4,4′-디히드록시페닐아세틸렌(DHPA), 특정 구조의 프탈로일 클로라이드(PC) 및 특정 구조의 비스히드록시페놀(BHP)로 중합된 공중합 수지 및 이들을 포함하는 폴리아릴레이트 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리아릴레이트 수지는 일반 수지 또는 할로겐계 난연제를 사용한 수지 보다 낮은 방열율(Heat Release Capacity)을 제공하며, 환경에 유해하지 않고 유독성 물질이 없으며, 기존 할로겐계 난연제 및 난연성 수지에 보다 우수한 난연성을 제공한다. 또한, 이 발명의 고분자 수지는 일반적으로 사용하는 공업적인 용매에 용해성을 증가시켜서 사용할 수 있기 때문에, 가공성 및 상용성 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 충분한 분자량을 갖고 있는 바, 열안정성이 우수하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fire retardant polyarylate resin composition is provided to improve thermal stability and to enhance solubility to industrial solvents by adding a polyarylate resin. CONSTITUTION: A fire retardant polyarylate resin composition comprises a 4,4'- dihydroxy phenyl acetylenic compound represented by chemical formula 2, a phthaloyl chloride compound represented by chemical formula 3, and a bishydroxyphenol compound represented by chemical formula 4. In chemical formula 2, R1 is hydrogen atoms or C1-C5 alkyl, and x is an integer of 1-4. In chemical formula 3, R2 is substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, or substituted or unsubstituted arylene. In chemical formula 4, R3 is -C(O)-, -CH2-, -C(CH3)2- or -S(O)2-.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flame retardant composition is provided to impart desirable flame retardancy with small amount of flame retardant process and to prevent loss during successive laundry. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant composition for polyester comprises at least one of cyclic phosphate ester represented by chemical formula (I) and chemical formula (II), and guanidine sulfamate. In chemical formulas, R1 is C1-4 alkyl group. The cyclic phosphoric acid ester of chemical formula (I) is manufactured by: heating bicyclic phosphate, methyl dimethylphosphonate, NaOH and AlCl3 under nitrogen to 175°C; and stirring them at 175-185 °C for 12 hours; and cooling the reactant at a room temperature to obtain yellow solid.

CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing concrete without using cement and using fly ash and blast furnace slag comprises the step of mixing and stirring a binding material, an activation reagent, fine aggregate, heavy aggregate, water, and a water reducing agent as a blending raw material before curing the mixture to make concrete. The binding material is composed with fly ash with a degree of particle size of 2,000~4,000 square centimeters per gram, and blast furnace slag with a degree of particle size of 3,000~5,000 square centimeters per gram in a weight ratio of 90:10~30:70. The activation reagent is composed with 6~12 mole NaOH and sodium silicate in a weight ratio of 0.75:1.25~1.25:0.75.

Abstract: A composition for forming a spherical resin used in the toner for developing an electrostatic image is provided to improve concentration of image by controlling the distribution of particle size of spherical resin particles to be narrow. A composition for forming a spherical resin is obtained by water-dispersion suspension polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of a lipophilic monomer which is polymerized to impart charge characteristics and 0.05-2 parts by weight of an acrylate-based polar monomer which imparts surface polarity in an aqueous medium containing a crosslinking agent and a dispersion stabilizer. Preferably the lipophilic monomer comprises styrene and at least two compounds selected from n-butyl acrylate, isobutyl acrylate, n-octyl acrylate, dodecyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl (meth)acrylate and stearyl (meth)acrylate.
