Abstract:
본 발명은 하이브리드 전기자동차의 배터리 충전상태(SOC: State Of Charge) 관리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 GPS의 차량 위치 정보를 이용하여 하이브리드 전기 자동차가 주차모드로 판단될 때, 배터리의 타겟 SOC값을 높게 설정하여 강제 충전모드로 주행을 마칠 수 있도록 함으로써, 겨울철 냉시동시 배터리의 전압이 과도하게 떨어지는 현상을 방지할 수 있도록 한 하이브리드 전기자동차의 배터리 충전상태 관리 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 하이브리드 전기자동차용 배터리의 온도를 검출하는 동시에 외기온도를 검출하는 단계와; GPS 위성정보를 수신하여, 자기차량이 목적지 근처에 도달되었음을 판단하는 단계와; 배터리 온도 및 외기온도의 검출결과, 기준온도 이하이면 혹한기 조건으로 판단하는 단계와; 혹한기 조건이면서 자기 차량이 목적지 근처로 판단되면, 상기 배터리의 타겟 SOC값을 상향으로 조절하는 제어가 이루어지는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기자동차의 배터리 충전상태 관리 방법 및 장치를 제공한다. 하이브리드, 전기자동차, 배터리, SOC, 강제충전모드, GPS, 온도센서
Abstract:
A device and a method for SOC(State Of Charge) management of HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle) are provided to improve a product value of the vehicle by changing a logic additionally using GPS information and an outdoor temperature value. A device for SOC management of an HEV comprises a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a receiving unit, a destination vicinity determining unit, and a BCM(Battery Management System). The first temperature sensor detects a temperature of a battery for the HEV. The second temperature sensor detects an outdoor air temperature. The receiving unit receives GPS satellite information providing vehicle position information. The destination vicinity determining unit determines whether the vehicle is near a destination based on the GPS satellite information received in the receiving unit. The BCM adjusts a target SOC value of the battery at a high level.

PURPOSE: A wear resistant sintered alloy for valve seat is provided which improves wear resistance and formability by containing iron as a principal constituent, carbon, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, tungsten, silicon, manganese and lead only without cobalt, and a manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises first process of press molding the blended alloy to a surface pressure of 5 to 8 tons/cm¬2 by blending a principal constituent of iron, 0.3 to 0.5 wt.% of carbon, 1.0 to 3.0 wt.% of chromium, 2.0 to 4.0 wt.% of molybdenum, 2.0 to 4.0 wt.% of vanadium, 5.0 to 7.0 wt.% of tungsten, 0.2 to 0.4 wt.% of sulfur, 0.2 to 0.5 wt.% of manganese and 10.0 to 15.0 wt.% of lead; second process of air cooling the sintered alloy after sintering the press molded alloy at a temperature of 1,140 to 1,180 deg.C after finishing the first process; third process of subzero cooling the air cooled sintered alloy to a temperature of -200 to -600 deg.C after finishing the second process; fourth process of impregnating the subzero cooled alloy with lead at a temperature of 450 to 550 deg.C after finishing the third process; and a process of manufacturing the wear resistant sintered alloy for valve seat by passing the lead impregnated alloy through barrel process at a temperature of 450 to 550 deg.C after finishing the fourth process.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating cooling water of a diesel engine using PTC elements is provided to prevent a cooling apparatus from being overheated by cutting off a current by rapidly increasing resistance if a temperature of a heating part becomes higher than a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for heating cooling water is formed of a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater(10) including a pair of heat sinks(12) and a plurality of PTC elements(11) connected with electrodes(13) respectively in a state that the plurality of PTC elements are inserted into mounting grooves(12a-2) of the heat sinks. The PTC heater has sealing grooves(12a-1,12b-1) formed at an inside combination surface(12a) and an outside cover combination body(12b), and an insert rubber(14) and a sealing rubber(15) installed at the sealing grooves respectively.

PURPOSE: A synchronizer ring of double structure is provided to form an inner ring and an outer body unit of double structure with different materials and to improve frictional force. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer ring is formed by an inner ring composed of brass sintering material and an outer body unit composed of iron sintering alloy material. The outer body unit is composed of iron, C of 0.3-0.6wet%, Cu of 1.0-3.0 wet%, and Mo 0.1-1.0 wet%. Then, material powder is mixed and pressurize formed with pressure of 6-7 ton/cm2. Thus, the outer body unit is produced by molding a foam of 6.8-6.9g/cm2 is made before sintering in 1120-1160 deg.C during 30-60 minutes. The inner ring composed of the brass sintering material is adhered to an outer ring body unit composed of the iron sintering alloy material for improving wear resistance of the synchronizer ring.

PURPOSE: An anti-abrasive sintered alloy for intake valve seat is provided to drastically improve abrasion resistance of sintered alloy by adjusting metal constituents and operational conditions for the purpose of being adopted as intake valve seat material for large diesel engine. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the sintered alloy comprises the steps of blending Ni powder 1-3wt.%, Cr powder 6.0-8.0wt.%, Mo powder 3-6wt.%, Co powder 0.5-2.5wt.%, W powder 1.0-3.0wt.%, Ba powder 0.3-0.5wt.%, C powder 0.3-2.3wt.%, Fe powder 59.3-74.9wt.% and then molding; infiltrating Cu 13-15wt.% in sintered body cavity by sintering in the temperature range of 1170±15deg.C; quenching in the temperature range of 830 to 890deg.C for 30min; tempering in the temperature range of 600 to 660deg.C for 120min.

본 발명은 2겹 구조의 원통형 분말 성형 방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 원통형 분말 성형 방법으로 완성된 원통형 성형 제품은 내측면 및 외측면의 경도가 다르고 기능이 다르게 되는 원통형 부품에는 적용할 수 없는 단점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 내측면과 외측면에 서로 다른 분말을 적용하여 내측면 및 외측면의 기능이 다른 부품에 적용할 수 있도록 하부 펀치 중앙에 상하 유동 가능하도록 얇은 원통형 펀치를 삽입 형성함으로써, 상기 원통형 펀치를 중심으로 내, 외측에 서로 다른 분말을 충진한 후, 성형 작업을 하여 완성되는 2겹 구조의 원통형 분말 성형 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.

본 발명은 밸브 시트의 성형방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 밸브 시트의 외측은 저탄소 분말재를 사용하여 압축성형하고 그 내부는 내마모 분말재를 사용하여 압축성형하므로써 저밀도부의 열응력에 다른 변형량 감소로 실린더 헤드로부터의 내탈락성을 향상시키며 원가를 절감할 수 있는 밸브 시트의 성형방법에 관한 것이다.
