CONSTITUTION: A dash panel is composed of a main dash panel(1) between an engine room and a passenger room and a sub dash panel(2) attached to a rubber grommet(3) for preventing noise and corrosion in mounting a chassis part with the double structure. A hole(11) of the main dash panel is processed to be larger than a hole(21) of the sub dash panel. A burring flange(22) is formed around the hole of the sub dash panel to place the hole of the main dash panel. After painting the main dash panel and the sub dash panel, sealer(4) is spread around the flange of the sub dash panel.
