Abstract: The present invention relates to a stator of a synchronous motor which minimizes the resistance of a phase extraction part of an armature coil and the unbalance of the resistance of the armature coil. The stator of the synchronous motor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: armature coils for receiving a current to generate an N pole or an S pole; and slots the number of which corresponds to a multiple of 12 and radially formed such that the armature coils are disposed therein. As a current is applied to the armature coils, the armature coils alternately realize an N pole and an S pole while taking six bundles of the slots as one unit. The slots are a plurality of phase extraction slots. A method of winding the armature coils in which when the order of the plurality of phase extraction slots is determined along a clockwise direction while one of the plurality of phase extraction slots is taken as a first phase extraction slot, the slot is pivoted such that a distance between the first phase extraction slot and a final phase extraction slot may be a minimum value while a space between adjacent slots is taken as a unit may be of two types.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A resolver connection error detection device and a method thereof are provided to precisely diagnose a lead wire connection state between input/output terminals of a resolver using reverse electromotive voltage of a motor and phase difference between input/output carrier frequencies. CONSTITUTION: A resolver connection error detection device of an environment-friendly vehicle includes a resolver(101), a first phase extraction unit(201), a second phase extraction unit(203), a control unit(205) and a display unit(301). The resolver outputs a first carrier frequency amplitude-modulated with respect to an existing signal to a first output terminal and a second carrier frequency to a second output terminal. The first phase extraction unit extracts phase of the first carrier frequency. The second phase extraction unit extracts phase of the second carrier frequency outputted from the second output terminal of the resolver. The control unit analyzes zero-crossing of reverse voltage detected regarding driving of a motor. The display unit outputs the connection state of the lead wire diagnosed in the control unit as a configured message.
