Abstract: PURPOSE: A power transmission device for a vehicle is provided to intercept transmission of radiant heat from a muffler of an exhaust pipe and a fuel tank to a constant velocity joint. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission device for a vehicle includes a transmission(42); a propeller shaft(45); a differential; a universal joint(20) and a fan(40). The universal joint is a constant velocity joint. The transmission increases and reduces power of an engine according to a traveling condition. The propeller shaft transmits the power from the transmission. The differential drives a driving wheel by power from the propeller shaft. The universal joint is installed to both ends of the propeller shaft to transmit power smoothly. The fan is installed to an outer side of the universal joint. The fan prevents transmission of radiant heat of peripheral devices to the universal joint. The fan is cooled with air by being rotated with the constant velocity joint.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-voltage output generator for a motor vehicle is provided to reduce the weight of the generator by removing a DC/DC converter for outputting a voltage of 12V. Abstract: PURPOSE: A charging circuit for a battery of an electrical automobile is provided to keep effect of insulating between an external source of electric power and a battery. CONSTITUTION: A terminal of an external source of electric power(210) connects with a rectifying circuit(220), and output terminals of the rectifying circuit(220) connect with a boost converter circuit(230). An output terminal of the boost converter circuit(230) connects to a battery(270). An input terminal circuit and an output terminal circuit(240,260) of the boost converter circuit(230) are insulated by connecting a transformer(250) between the input terminal circuit and the output terminal circuit(240,260).
