A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to reduce the chemical odor of plastic materials remarkably and to improve impact strength and heat resistance. A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 25-45 wt% of a bulk polymerized unsaturated nitrile-diene-based rubber component-aromatic vinyl monomer resin of a large diameter of 1-4 micrometers; 5-15 wt% of an emulsion polymerized unsaturated nitrile-diene-based rubber component-aromatic vinyl monomer resin; 10-20 wt% of a bulk polymerized alpha-alkyl styrene-unsaturated nitrile-styrene resin; and 10-20 wt% of a solution polymerized N-substituted maleimide-unsaturated vinyl monomer resin.

Provided is a polypropylene resin composition for an automobile interior material which is excellent in stiffness, low temperature impact resistance and the adhesion to a paint and can be recycled easily. The polypropylene resin composition comprises 40-70 wt% of high crystalline polypropylene; 0.5-5 wt% of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer; 20-40 wt% of a styrene-based copolymer rubber; and 5-30 wt% of an inorganic filler. Preferably the high crystalline polypropylene is a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer of propylene and ethylene and has a melt index of 10-60 g/10 min (230 deg.C) and an isotactic index of 99 or more; the styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer contains 20-80 wt% of styrene and has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-10,000; and the styrene-based copolymer rubber comprises 10-60 wt% of styrene and 40-90 wt% of ethylene.

본 발명은 반응압출법에 의한 점토 분산 폴리올레핀 나노복합재의 제조방법과 이로부터 제조된 나노복합재에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 유기점토, 고분자량의 폴리올레핀수지, 무수말레인산(Maleic anhydride) 또는 비닐옥사졸린 (vinyl oxazoline)의 관능성 단량체 및 라디칼 개시제를 반응압출하여 복합재료를 제조하고, 상기에서 제조된 복합재료와 고분자량의 폴리올레핀수지를 반응압출하는 2단계 공정으로 나노복합재를 제조하여 유기점토의 분산성이 월등하게 개선되고, 열적 및 기계적 물성이 향상된 점토 분산 폴리올레핀 나노복합재의 제조방법과 이로부터 제조된 나노복합재에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a polypropylene resin composition having a desired level of physical properties such as strength, heat-resistance and moldability, which is useful for an interior material, specifically a pad type of an instrument panel in an automobile. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene resin composition comprises (A) 30-70 wt% of propylene polymer composed of 1-50 wt% of a propylene homopolymer having a pentad proportion(%mmmm) of 96% or more and 50-99 wt% of propylene-ethylene copolymer having an extreme viscosity of 3.0-6.0dl/g, (B) 1-10 wt% of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymeric rubber, (C) 1-10 wt% of a styrene-containing copolymeric rubber, (D) 1-10 wt% of a polar group-containing modified polypropylene, (E) 1-30 wt% of mica and (F) 1-30 wt% of a glass fiber. Preferably, the polypropylene resin composition has a melt index(MI) of 3-20g/10min.

PURPOSE: A non-toxic polyvinyl chloride synthetic resin composition is provided to obtain safety to human body as well as excellent moldability, shape stability and durability of the final product. CONSTITUTION: The non-toxic polyvinyl chloride synthetic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride and 10 to 310 parts by weight of trimethyl propanol plasticizers. The composition further comprises 1-10 parts by weight of nontoxic stabilizer and 0.01 to 0.5 parts by weight of pigments. The materials known to be harmful to human bodies such as diethylhexyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, diisodecyl phthalate, dioctyl adipate, dioctyl phthalate, diisononyl phthalate, cadmium, lead and mercury cannot be detected in the composition.

CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene resin composition comprises: 30-70wt% of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer comprising 70-100wt% of a propylene polymer having a pentad fraction(%mmmm) of more than 96% and an intrinsic viscosity of 1.0-3.0dl/g and 0-30wt% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of a xylene extract being more than 3.0dl/g; 10-30wt% of an olefin elastomer comprising 20-80wt% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a melt index of 0.3-10g/10min(230deg.C) and 20-80wt% of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer containing 15-45wt% of alpha-olefin; 0.01-0.2wt% of an organic peroxide; 0.06-1.2wt% of a crosslinking auxiliary agent; and 10-40wt% of talc.
