Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce pressure loss by drilling a discharge hole, opening to the high pressure chamber of a compressive chamber, in a housing forming the compressive chamber by supporting the both end surfaces of a cylinder, and providing a conical chamfering, meeting specified conditions, at the opening end of the discharge hole. CONSTITUTION:A compressive chamber formed of a cylinder 1 and a housing 4 supporting the both end surfaces of the cylinder 1 is divided into a low pressure chamber 5 and high pressure chamber 6 by means of a vane 3. With this constitution, a discharge hole 7 opening to the high pressure chamber 6 is drilled in the housing 4, and a conical chamfering 9 meeting the following conditions is given to all around the opening end of the discharge hole 7. The diameter of the chamfering 9 is set at 110 to 150% of that of the discharge hole 7, and offset toward the opposite side of the vane 3 by 5 to 25% of that of the discharge hole 7. Also, the chamfering 9 overlapped with the vane 3 is set at less than 6.5% of the width of the vane 3 and at less than 0.75% of apparent sliding area between the housing 4 and the vane 3.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a less-expensive suction check valve having less flow resistance by a method wherein a first inlet communicating with a first outlet connected to a suction pipe of a compressor is provided, a second outlet communicating with a second inlet connecting with an evaporator system has a valve seat, the valve seat is provided with a contacting or removing valve and then a mesh is provided between the valve and the first inlet. CONSTITUTION:A first outlet 14a is connected to a suction pipe 3 of a compressor 1 for a check valve 13 and a second inlet port 15a is connected to an evaporator system 10. The first inlet 14b is connected to a first outlet port 14a and the second outlet 15b is connected to the second inlet 15a. A mesh 17 is fixed between the valve 16 and the first inlet 14b. During an operation of the compressor, the valve 16 is floated up and stopped by the mesh 17. The refrigerant may pass through the valve seat 18, pass through the mesh 17, is sucked into the compressor. Impurities are stopped by the mesh. During a stopped state of the compressor, the valve body 16 is contacted with the valve seat 18 so as to prevent the refrigerant from flowing into the evaporation system. The mesh is made to serve as a valve stopper, thereby the mesh within the suction pipe of the compressor can be eliminated and then a less-expensive suction check valve without having any low flow resistance can be attained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the vertical rotary compressor which can be easily manufactured and free from troubles at a low cost by omitting the oil feeding blades by allowing a subbearing oil groove and a main shaft oil feeding groove to communicate through a communication groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of an eccentric part. CONSTITUTION:The lower edge 50a of an oil groove for supplying oil onto a subshaft is opened into oil 5, and the upper edge 51a of an oil groove for feeding oil onto a main shaft is opened into a space 16 in a sealed container, and the upper edge 50b of the oil groove and the lower edge 51b of the oil groove communicate each other through a communication groove 54 formed on the outer peripheral surface of an eccentric part 7. Thus, the rotation of a rotor 3 is transmitted to a shaft 6, and the oil 5 is sucked from the lower edge 50a of the oil groove, accompanied with the revolution and lubricates the part between the shaft 6 and a side housing 10 and passes through a communication grove 54 through the upper edge 50b of the oil groove, and further sucked from the lower edge 51b of the oil groove and discharged into the space 16 in the sealed container from the upper edge 51a of the oil groove. Therefore, the need of housing the oil feeding blades in the conventional is obviated, and the vertical type rotary compressor free from troubles can be obtained at a low cost.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen rigid force while restraining a plate thickness and a height of a lower shell by setting an inside raidus of a folding-back part of a connecting part with a case shell equal to or smaller than the plate thickness, and forming a curved surface having different curvatures having the center on the axis of the case shell. SOLUTION: A lower shell 3 has a folding-back part 3b of a connecting part 3a with a case shell 2, and also has a curved surface 3c of a bottom part of the lower shell 3. The curved surface 3c of the bottom part is formed in different curvatures δ1 and δ2 having the center on the Y-Y axis. The curved surface 3c of this bottom part is formed by setting the curvature δ2 of a central part smaller than the curvature δ1 of an outside part to strengthen rigid force of the lower shell 3. Therefore, a rotary compressor of a low noise can be obtained by strengthening rigidity of the lower shell 3 while restraining a plate thickness (t) and a height (h) of the lower shell 3.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the power consumption and to prevent the breaking and noise and vibration of a discharge pipe by resonance by generating an operation frequency by an inverter device, having a frequency higher than any of the lowest order natural frequencies of a support body and a spring as the lower limit and the lowest order natural frequency of the discharge pipe as the upper limit. SOLUTION: The support body, spring and discharge pipe of an inverter device are resonated at respective operation frequencies C1, C2, C3. Thus, specified frequencies Ca, Cb, Ce (≠ C1, C2, C3) having frequencies higher than C2 causing no resonance in the spring and the discharge pipe as the lower limit and C3 as the upper limit are set. Thus, the discharge pipe is never resonated even if it is operated with the frequency being reduced to the specified frequency Ca in a low load, and the power consumption can be saved. Further, the discharge pipe is never resonated even if it is operated at the specified frequency C3 in a high load, and the capacity can be raised.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a suction valve open while twisting it and satisfactorily follow a piston to increase suction efficiency, by positioning the axis of a tray pan part installed at one end of a suction port eccentrically from the center of an arc which forms a part of the valve end part of the suction valve. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 10 is reciprocated, refrigerant gas passes a suction port 12 of a valve plate 11, and sucked into a cylinder 6 by the opening and closing of a suction valve 13. In this case, the suction valve 13 opens the suction port 12 with its valve end part 13a twisted, and is set in parallel with the suction port 12. Namely a tray pan part 12a is installed at one end of the suction port 12, and an axis 12b is positioned eccentrically from the center 13b of an arc which forms a part of the valve end part 13a. Accordingly the suction valve 13 makes a torsional motion of relatively low rigidity, and satisfactorily follows the reciprocating motion of the piston 10. Then the refrigerant gas passes a delivery port 3 of the valve plate 11 after it is compressed in the cylinder 6, and is discharged according to the opening and closing of a delivery valve 4.
