Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use inexpensive electric motor stator winding, and ensure low cost by housing refrigerating machine oil with a water content restrained to a specific value or less, and forming the coat of the winding of a stator of an electric motor out of polyester as a lower layer as well as polyamide as an upper layer. SOLUTION: A sealed type motor-driven compressor is formed out of an electric motor part 2 having a stator 4 and a rotor 5, and a compressor part 3, respectively housed in a sealed vessel 1. In addition, the electric motor part 2 compresses a coolant (HFC134a) flowing from a coolant suction port through an eccentric roller 10 on the rotation of a rotating shaft 6, and discharges the coolant outside from a delivery pipe 22. In this case, the winding part 4a of the stator 4 covers wires with the lower layer coat and the upper layer coat of winding, so as to have a multilayer structure. Also, polyester is used for the lower layer coat, and polyamide is used for the upper layer coat. Furthermore, the sealed vessel 1 houses refrigerating machine oil 20 containing water equal to or less than 100ppm, and one type of oil selected from mineral oil, alkylbenzene-based oil, ester-based oil, polyether-based oil and fluorine-based oil is used as the refrigerating machine oil 20.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a structure wherein no drop of cooling power occurs due to the clogging of capillary tubes, which is caused by contamination, in a freezer and a refrigerant compressor, in which a lube oil mainly composed of an ester is sealed. CONSTITUTION:A filter 29 comprising a membrane made of such materials 88 fluororesin, a cellulose-mixed ester, etc., is held between a wire netting 30 and a punching metal 31 in the form of sandwich. The outer periphery of the same is covered with a seal collar main body 53 and a seal collar cover 54 from right and left and, in this state, the outer periphery of a dryer is fanged 35 to be fixed airtightly to the seal collar cover, thus enabling all the refrigerant gas in a freezer to pass through the filter 29 and filters in a refrigerant passage of a refrigerant compressor.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a capillary tube from clogging due to the growth of contaminants by a method wherein a dryer with water-absorbent, which is enclosed in a cafe and held between two filters, is mounted on a refrigerant path between a condenser and an expansion device and a third filter is arranged in a case located apart from the filters. CONSTITUTION:A dryer is provided with a water-absorbent, e.g. a molecular sieve 13, enclosed in a metallic case 12 and first and second filters 14a and 14b which hold the molecular sieve 13 from both sides to fix it and mounted on a refrigerant path between a condenser 2 and an expansion device 4. A third filter 15 is held in a cup-shaped holder 16 which is put in the case 12 and fixed at a position a short distance away from the first and second filters 14a and 14b so that the third filter 15 is prevented from coming in contact with the first and second filters 14a and 14b and the molecular sieve 13. Thereby, contaminants to be deposited on a compressor, the condenser 2, an evaporator and a capillary tube as the expansion device 4 as well are filtered out.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a compressor with only assembling oil for a long time without feeding refrigerator oil and to allow a performance inspection and noise confirmation in an assembly line by using the oil mixed with a solid lubricant for the assembling oil fed to slide sections of assembling components when the compressor is assembled. SOLUTION: When this sealed motor-driven compressor is assembled, the assembling oil mixed with a solid lubricant is fed to prevent galls on a slide section between a cylinder 1 and a piston 2, a slide section between the piston 2 and a piston pin 4, a slide section between a connecting rod 3 and the piston pin 4, a slide section between the connecting rod 3 and a crankshaft 5, and a slide section between the crankshaft 5 and a bearing 6 respectively. Even when no refrigerator oil is used, the compressor can be operated for a long time without seizing up by utilizing the lubricating action of the solid lubricant. The performance inspection and noise confirmation of the compressor in an assembly line can be easily made, and the reliability of the compressor at the time of shipping can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a refrigerating system by using an ester oil having relative solubility with a coolant as the oil fed to the slide sections of assembling components at the time of assembling in a sealed motor-driven compressor using an HFC coolant as the coolant and using the ester oil as the refrigerator oil. SOLUTION: When a sealed motor-driven compressor using an HFC coolant as a coolant and using an ester oil as refrigerator oil is assembled, assembling oil is used to prevent galls on a slide section between a cylinder 1 and a piston 2, a slide section between the piston 2 and a piston pin 4, a slide section between a connecting rod 3 and the piston pin 4, a slide section between the connecting rod 3 and a crankshaft 5, and a slide section between the crankshaft 5 and a bearing 6 respectively. Ester having the relative solubility with the HFC coolant is used for the assembling oil. When the ester oil is used, the retention of the assembling oil in a refrigerating system is resolved, and the reliability of the refrigerating system can be improved.
