Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling by providing a connecting rod having a small end connected to a piston and a large end connected to a crankshaft respectively, and performing assembling of the divided connecting rods through engagement of a dovetail groove with a dovetail. SOLUTION: A connecting rod 19 of a reciprocating piston compressor has one end connected to a piston through a small end hole 51 on a small end 50, and the other end connected to an eccentric shaft of a crank shaft through a large end hole 53 of a large end 52. A tapered dovetail 54 is formed on an end of a rod 56 of the small end 50, while a dovetail groove 55 is formed on the large end 52. A clamp member 57 is arranged for preventing vertical movement of the small end 50 and the large end 52. It is inserted into an engagement recession 58 and an engagement groove 59 formed on upper and lower surfaces over the dovetail 54 and the dovetail groove 55 from the transverse direction. The clamp member 57 is substantially U-shaped. The connecting rod 19 is assembled by inserting the dovetail 54 into the dovetail groove 55, and press-fitting the clamp member 57 to the engagement recession 58 and the engagement groove 59 from the transverse direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To simply and compactly carry articles stored in a stock to an electronic range without generating the slip or drop of food. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic food vending machine including an electronic range, a door 21 has a door latch 201 for holding the door 21 itself at a closed state on one side and a door hinge 208 on the other side and a door cam 209 having an internal cam 210, a con'rod 211 whose one end is engaged with the cam 21 and the other end is connected to a crank to be rotated by a motor and a spring 213 for exciting the con'rod 211 to the prescribed position of the cam 210 are arranged in the vicinity of the hinge 208. Since load is not almost applied at the initial stage of starting a door opening/closing mechanism, a motor with low torque can be used. Since inertia does not directly shock a link at the time of stopping the motor for opening/closing the door 21, food can be simply and compactly prevented from being slipped/dropped and the effect of practical use can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent material powder from remaining in the center of a cup by providing a drift part where stream lines from nozzles form a turning current at the time of supplying hot water into the cup from plural nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed quantity of material powder is thrown into a cup 1, and hot water is poured, and they are stirred and mixed in the cup 1 to prepare drink. Nozzles 2 and 3 to which a pressure pump, a hot water tank, etc., not shown in the figure, are connected are arranged symmetrically with respect to an axis 4 of the cup 1 at the upstream side. Sprayed flow itself becomes turning current by drift parts consisting of twisting plates arranged in nozzles 2 and 3. Since hot water itself sprayed from nozzles 2 and 3 has the turning force, the flow generated in the cup 1 becomes a turning current accompanied with vortexes to powerfully stir material powder and hot water. Thus, material powder is prevented from remaining in the center.

CONSTITUTION:In order to inject hot water from a hot water feeding circuit into a cup 11, the electromagnetic valve 8 is opened at first, hot water flows into the pump 9 by the head of a hot water tank 1 and then the pump 9 is driven. Then pressed hot water is injected into the cup 11 and material powder 12 is agitated by a circulating flow or the like. In the case of stopping the pressed hot water, the pump 9 is stopped with priority and then the valve 8 is closed, so that the residual of much hot water in the pump 9 can be prevented.
