    Abstract: Aspects of this disclosure provide methods, devices and systems for concurrently transmitting control information and data information. In some more specific aspects, a base station may transmit one or more parameters to a user equipment (UE) that indicate to the UE to refrain from transmitting uplink control information together with uplink data information in an uplink data channel. Instead, the one or more parameters may configure the UE to transmit the uplink control information and the uplink data information using overlapping resources in different channels. In some more specific aspects, the UE may transmit the uplink control information in a slot of an uplink control channel and transmit the uplink data information in a slot of the uplink data channel that at least partially overlaps with the slot of the uplink control channel.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a single downlink control information (DCI) message that schedules communications on multiple cells, wherein the single DCI message indicates multiple time domain resource assignments (TDRAs) corresponding to the multiple cells, wherein each of the multiple TDRAs corresponds to a different scheduled communication; and communicate using the multiple TDRAs corresponding to the multiple cells, wherein the communicating comprises: transmitting the communications using the multiple TDRAs corresponding to the multiple cells, or receiving the communications using the multiple TDRAs corresponding to the multiple cells.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encored on computer storage media, for fifth generation (5G) - new radio (NR) physical layer (PHY) timing synchronization. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) computing device may determine a new timing advance (TA) between downlink frames and uplink frames (NTA_new) for a base station (BS) and determine whether the NTA_new may be within a timing advance acceptable range. In another aspect, a BS may determine a timing advance command (TA ) for a timing advance group (TAG) for the BS, and send the TA to the UE computing device. In determining the timing advance command, the TA may be configured by the BS to cause the UE computing device to determine that a new timing advance between downlink frames and uplink frames (NTA_new) for the BS using the TA is within a timing advance acceptable range.

    Abstract: Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication by a user-equipment (UE). The method generally includes receiving first downlink (DL) control information (DCI) for scheduling resources in time in a system frame for transmission of one or more uplink (UL) data channels and hybrid automatic request (HARQ) signaling for acknowledging whether one or more downlink data channels have been successfully decoded, the one or more UL data channels and the HARQ signaling being configured based on a UL to DL resource ratio associated with a time-division duplex (TDD) subframe configuration. In certain aspects, the UE generates the one or more UL data channels and the HARQ signaling, and transmits the UL data channels and the HARQ signaling using the scheduled resources and in accordance with the TDD subframe configuration.

    Abstract: Since multiple transmit-receive point (TRP) communications may increase the number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates without increasing the number of cells, new limits for multi-TRP communications may be defined. A UE may determine a PDCCH monitoring capability across all downlink serving cells that may account for multiple-TRP cells and for carrier aggregation and dual connectivity using a multiplication factor. Further, the UE may determine a limit of a number of serving cells based on the capability and a configuration of serving cells. The UE may determine a total limit of PDCCH candidates and non-overlapped control channel elements (CCEs) to monitor in a slot for a cell group and a per cell limit single TRP cells and for multiple TRP cells based on the limit of the number of serving cells. Alternatively, the limits may be defined per control resource set (CORESET) group.
