Abstract: The invention relates to a mould system (1) for making a partition in a cardboard-based container, whereby the mould system includes a moving mould half (10) and a stationary mould half (20), which are located opposite to each other, the mould system (1) enabling the manufacture of a container (500) that comprises a bottom (57) that is pressed from a cardboard blank and walls (59) connected to the bottom, and a rim (50) that is at least partly cast of plastic and connected to the upper edge of the walls, encircling the walls, whereby the mould half (10) that is movable with respect to the stationary mould half (20) includes at least a core plate (4) that is provided with a core (41), a plate-like seal ring (5), which is movable with respect to the core (41) and comprises a seal surface (5a) and surrounds the core (41), and a collar ring (6), which can be fitted between the core (41) and the seal ring (5) and by which the rim (50) can be made on the container and which can be moved with respect to both the seal ring (5) and the core (41); and the stationary mould half (40) includes at least a mould plate (7) that is provided with a mould cavity (71) and a seal surface (7a). In the mould system (1) according to the invention, at least one recess (420) is formed in the core (41) in the longitudinal direction of the core, dividing, in the lateral direction, the core (41) or the forming part of the core (41) that is pressed to the mould cavity, and facing the end (41b) of the core on the side of the mould cavity, the recess enabling the making of a plastic partition (V) that extends upwards from the bottom (57) of the cardboard-based container (500), when the said recess (420) is placed against the cardboard blank that lies on top of the mould cavity.

Abstract: Un método para sellar elementos (3, 4) de papel o cartón recubierto con plástico, el método consiste en unir los elementos a lo largo de la línea de sellado fundiendo el recubrimiento de plástico de por lo menos un elemento con rayos láser (11), el recubrimiento de plástico, cuando solidifica, genera la unión pegada de los elementos uno con el otro, caracterizado porque los elementos (3, 4) que se quieren sellar se sujetan en posición adyacente a la línea de sellado con el fin de mantener los elementos en posición fija durante el sellado y porque el sellado se realiza mediante un agente de sellado (7), que se mueve a lo largo de la línea de sellado y presiona los elementos para que se separen, con el fin de mantener abierto el punto de sellado, dirige los rayos láser (11) hacia el punto de sellado abierto para fundir el plástico y finalmente presiona los elementos uno contra otro para cerrar el sello.

Abstract: La invención se relaciona con un sistema de molde (1) para fabricar un recipiente (500) y que comprende una mitad de molde móvil (10) y una mitad de molde estacionario (20), mitades de molde (10 y 20) las cuales se localizan opuestas entre sí, el sistema de molde (1) puede ser usado para fabricar el recipiente (500), el cual comprende un fondo (57) prensado de una pieza de cartón, paredes (59) conectadas al fondo (57) y un reborde (50) que es moldeado al menos parcialmente de plástico y conectado al borde superior de las paredes (59), circundando las paredes, por lo que la mitad de molde (10) que es móvil con respecto a la mitad de molde estacionario (20) incluye al menos una placa central (4) provista con un núcleo o centro (41), un anillo de sellado similar a una placa (5) que es móvil con respecto al núcleo (41) y comprende una superficie de sellado (5a) y rodea el núcleo (41) y el collar anular (6) que es móvil con respecto al núcleo (41) y el anillo de sellado (5) y puede ser colocado entre los mismos; y la mitad de molde estacionario (20) incluye al menos una placa de molde (7) provista con una cavidad de molde (71) y una superficie de sellado (7a). En el sistema de molde (1), un inserto (9 y/o 612), el cual cambia la función de la superficie de sellado o collar anular en la etapa de moldeo o vaciado del reborde de plástico, puede ser unida de manera desprendible a la superficie de sellado (5a) del anillo de sellado (5) y/o el collar (61) del collar anular (6), inserto el cual también puede ser usado para cambiar las dimensiones del reborde básico (50) del recipiente (500) o para proporcionar a la superficie del reborde básico (50) salientes que se extienden hacia arriba desde el resto de su plano o con ranuras que se encuentran más abajo que el resto del plano de la superficie (50), o para formar proyecciones (55), las cuales se proyectan más allá del reborde exterior del reborde básico (50) del recipiente (500) y que posiblemente comprende medios de suspensión (56), como aberturas.

Abstract: The invention relates to a package for ready-prepared foods, which comprises a dish (1) containing packed food that has been cooked in the dish, and a lid heat- sealed to the rim flange (2) of the dish. Upon cooking grease lands onto the rim flange, the detriment of which caused to the sealing has in the invention been prevented by providing the rim flange with elevated ridges (3, 4) so that, upon closing the dish, a gastight sealing line is formed between the lid and the ridges. According to the invention the rim flange has two or more concentric longitudinal ridges (3) circulating the dish and transverse ridges (4), by means of which the space between two longitudinal ridges (3) has been divided into at least five compartments for diminishing the possibility of sealing leakages. In practice there can be considerably more compartments, suitably 10-200. The dish can be made of polymer- coated cardboard, the rim flange of injection-moulded plastics and the lid of polymer-coated paper so that a closure making possible the pulling off of the lid is produced during heat-sealing.
