    Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled diamond thin film by impressing a DC voltage so that a substrate arranged in a high-vacuum vessel may be positively charged and a heating element which is brought close to and opposed to the substrate may be negatively charged, bringing the substrate and the element into contact with a mixed gas of hydrogen and hydrocarbon, and thermally cracking. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 24 and a heating element 28 which is brought close to and opposed to the substrate are provided in a vessel 10, and the inside of the vessel 10 is evacuated to about 10 Torr. The substrate 24 is kept at 800-900 deg.C by a heater 18, a DC voltage is impressed from an external electric power source to charge the substrate 24 positively and the heating element 28 negatively, and an electron shower is generated at 1-50mA/cm electron current density. Then when a mixed gas having 1/1-1/50 volume ratio of hydrocarbon to hydrogen is introduced from a conduit 30 into the vessel 10, a diamond thin film is formed on the substrate 24 by thermal cracking.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the transmission of a picture with high accuracy by controlling phases of the picture at both sides of a light beam which reaches the side surface of radiation with no reflection within a transmission line on the basis of said light beam. CONSTITUTION:A transparent dielectric 10 transmits the picture information by making use of the repetitive total reflection on a boundary surface 12 opposite in parallel to the dielectric 10 or the repetitive reflection on the reflecting surface within a space enclosed by the surface having a high reflection factor. It is impossible to recognize an image C obtained on a radiation side surface 16 as it is since the upper and lower pictures of an object surface A0 are transmitted in a blended state. Therefore, a light beam which reaches the radiation side surface with no reflection within a transmission line is used as a reference to form a slit-shaped picture with a prescribed interval on the one side of the reference light beam. While a picture which is erased in a slit shape is formed at the opposite side of said light beam as a reverse picture. Thus a continuous picture is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform the operation extending from color adjustment to printing in a light room and eliminate the limitation of an installation place by performing the mutual conversion and adjustment as to the signals obtained by three separated light colors to compose a new color image with a monitoring means. CONSTITUTION:A negative plate used for an automatic color composing and printing system is manufactured by resolving an image based on a color object into three color light images by using a process camera. The automatic color composing and printing system which processes this negative plate consists of a monitor 50, exposing device 52, and developing device 54. The newly obtained color original 56 is mounted on this monitor 50 and processed by a color adjusting device 58, color TV set 62, and microcomputer 64 to compose a new color image. The hard copy of the new color image is taken by the exposing device 52 having an operation panel 66 and developed by the developing device 54, thus performing the operation from the color adjustment to the printing in light room.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slider that slides along a guiding slot and moves smoothly without rattling or inclination in a square guiding slot. SOLUTION: Skirt portions 8 are made by cutting axially one place of a cylinder piece having an outside diameter slightly larger than the width of a guiding slot provided on the longitudinal side of a support and an appropriate length, and extending, and bending outwardly the extended portions, and a slide piece body 9 is formed so that the distance between the outsides of the tips may be nearly equal to the outside diameter of the cylinder piece. A connecting shaft using the outward end of the insertion and fitting shaft portion nearly in the center of the peripheral face of the side opposite to the cut portion as a stopping swollen portion, is provided. The slider is made up of a slide 5 formed integrally of an elastic synthetic resin, and a mounting body 6 having a cylindrical bearing section provided in the center of one side of a fixing board portion, a shaft hole to insert and fit rotatably the insertion and fitting shaft portion of the slide provided on the bearing portion side and a swollen portion insertion hole that the stopping swollen portion rotatably fits into provided on the fixing board portion side, and the insertion and fitting shaft portion of the slider is inserted and fitted rotatably into the shaft hole of the mounting body.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor fitting unit incorporating a small fan unit which is structured in a manner that sensing operation of a sensing sensor may be performed properly and effectively so as to prevent the generation of uncomfortable noises when driving the small fan unit and to improve the controllability for an object to be controlled without failing safety and beauty of interior design, when the small fan unit is used. SOLUTION: This unit is provided with a suction port 22 and a discharging port 24 on its front side and a cover member 12 for sealing and engaging a casing 10 on its rear side, and a passage member 30 in which a sensing sensor 28a is fitted corresponding to the suction port 22 on the rear side of the member 12 is communicated, and further a small fan unit 32 is communicated with the outlet side of the member 30. Then a motor for driving the unit 32 is provided with a motor drive controlling circuit to eliminate or muffle noises generated by fan rotation.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an indoor sensor mounting unit by which a sensor can be mounted simply by a method wherein a cylindrical casing in which a sensor mounting board is built is fixed to an indoor installation plate, a tip cover member is installed at its tip part and a rear cover member through which a wiring conductor is passed is installed at its rear end part. SOLUTION: Air-permeable tip cover member 16 is installed so as to be detachable at a flange part 12 at the tip part of a cylindrical casing 10 with a built-in sensor mounting board 18 on which various kinds of sensors are mounted. An air-permeable tip cover member 26 in which a through hole 22 used to guide a wiring conductor 20 connected to the board 18 and a ventilation hole 24 are made is installed so as to be detachable at the rear end part of the casing 10. An opening part is formed in an installation plate 30, a bracket 34 is brought into contact with the inside face of the plate 30, a ring-shaped fixation member 36 is brought into contact with the outside face of the plate 30, and they are coupled and fixed by setscrews 38. The flange part 12 at the casing 10 and the fixation member 36 at the plate 30 are brought into contact, they are twisted and coupled, and a mounting unit can be installed simply in a state that only the member 16 is exposed.
