Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for screening a gene which characteristically developing aging is provided to control gene expression and to suppress aging on the skin. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a gene associated with skin aging comprises: a step of extracting total RNA from skin tissue and performing microarray; a step of analyzing genes which are changed by aging using bioinformatics; a step of selecting a candidate gene relating to skin aging; and a step of determining a candidate gene. The skin aging includes intrinsic aging or menopause aging.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing ginsenoside using a novel oxidoreductase or novel Rhizobium sp. GIN611 is provided to ensure produce various glycons. CONSTITUTION: A novel Rhizobium sp. GIN611(KCTC 11708P) is isolated from soil. A method for glycolysis of a natural product comprises a step of decomposing glucose of ginsenoside. A substrate is ginsenoside compound K and the product is ginsenoside PPD(S). An oxidoreductase contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3. A DNA encoding the oxidoreductase contains a sequence of sequence number 2. The oxidoreductase is derived from Agrobacterium sp., Sphingobacterium sp. or Stenotrophomonase sp.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A biomarker of which expression is specifically decreased or suppressed in the sensitive skin is provided to quickly diagnose sensitive skin and used for screening a relieving agent. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker for diagnosing sensitive skin contains gene of which expression is decreased or increased in the sensitive skin compared to healthy skin or a protein encoding the gene. A method for screening a relieving agent of sensitivity comprises: a step of conjugating a candidate agent to a protein encoded by a gene of which expression is increased or decreased in the sensitive skin; and a step of confirming the suppression of protein activity.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a biomarker of which gene expression levels are specifically increased or reduced for sensitive skin. The biomarker specific to sensitive skin is used in such a diagnostic kit for sensitive skin and a screening method of an abirritant. The biomarker for diagnosis of sensitive skin according to the present invention contains one or more gene selected from a group consisting of HLA-C, TCEA1, IGHA1, TFRC, S100A8, LOC652128, SERPINB13, EHF, FLJ10781, TP63, CDH1, TNFRSF19, GM2A, FKBP5, PI3, PSPH, HORMAD1, SPRR2G, and ACTR2 or a group consisting of KBTBD10, TTN, ACTA1, MYBPC1, MB, MYOZ1, TPM1, CA3, CASQ1, ENO3, RBP4, GYG2, PPP1R1A, PYGM, G0S2, NEB, H19, LIPE, PLIN, H19, GPAM, FABP4, CIDEC, LPL, PCK1, ADIPOQ, PDE3B, ACVR1C, LPL, FABP4, DKFZP761N09121, TNMD, ATP6V1B1, C8orf22, and CRISP3.

PURPOSE: A method for screening a cosmetic material and cosmetic composition containing a material suppressing TRPV-1(transient receptor potential family V-1) are provided to select a target material which is effective in anti-aging and reduce skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A material which suppresses activation of TRPV-1(transient receptor potential family V-1) contains extract isolated from one or more selected from Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc., Pleuropterus multflorus, and Atractylodes japonica Koidxumi or Atractylodes ovate Koidzumi. A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-10 weight%, preferably 0.01-5 weight% of the extract. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of nutrition skin, massage cream, pack gel or lotion, ointment, cream, patch or spray.
