PURPOSE: A target terminal and cooperation communication method of a cooperation terminal is provided to improve the quality of reception data by using cooperation between terminals in cell environment. CONSTITUTION: A target terminal requests cooperation to one or more neighbor terminals(410). The target terminal acquires information for transmission power requested by information for a cooperation method(420). The target terminal selects a cooperation terminal from one or more neighbor terminals based on the transmission power(430). The target terminal cooperatively communicate with the cooperation terminal according to a cooperation method(440).

PURPOSE: A downlink beam-forming vector determination method in a layer cell communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to determine a beam-forming vector by using feedback information. CONSTITUTION: A macro base station receives information for channels between a macro terminal and a small base station(410). The macro base station transmits the information of the channels to the small base station(420). The macro base station acquires information related to an effective channel related to the reception beam-forming vector of each terminal(430). The macro base station determines the transmission beam-forming vector by using the information related to the effective channel(440).

PURPOSE: A macro base station, small base station, and communication method of a terminal are provided to determine the handover of a target terminal having low SINR(Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio) through the uplink interference information of a base station. CONSTITUTION: Uplink interference information of a small base station is received from a specific small base station within a macro cell(320). The SINR of the specific small base station is calculated(330). It is determined whether a target terminal performs handover of the specific small base station(350).

PURPOSE: A method using a transmission rate division technique based on a cooperation of between reception ends and a communication system using the same method are provided to share sub messages that are cooperatively interfered by each of receivers. CONSTITUTION: A transmission message that at least includes a first sub message(i-1), a second sub message(i-1), a second sub message(i), and a third sub message(i-1) in a number time slot(i-1) is created. A transmission power of A, B, C and, D are respectively allocated to the first sub message(i-1), the second sub message(i-1), the second sub message(i), and the third sub message(i-1) in the transmission message in the number time slot(i-1). The transmission message is created in a number time slot(i) that at least includes the second sub message(i-1).

PURPOSE: A resistive memory device, a memory system including the same, and a method for programming the same are provided to reduce a program time by applying the same pulse to a plurality of memory cell units. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of resistive memory cells are divided into a plurality of groups to program a resistive memory device(S110). Data is programmed in the resistive memory cells by successively applying a first pulse with the same size to divided groups(S120). A first pulse with the same size is successively applied to the groups of the memory cells connected to one word line. The program state of the resistive memory cells is verified by applying a second pulse smaller than the first pulse to the programmed resistive memory cells(S130). The program is completed(S140).

The received signal comprises the component related to the signal known as the secondary transmitter. A determining unit(620) decides the signal of the primary user based on the component related to the signal known as the received signals.

A method and a device of controlling access mode for communication system using shared or unlicensed band are provided to improve the utilization ratio of radio resource by determining an optimized connection mode depending on the length of transmitted message and usage rate of shared or unlicensed band. A band recognition unit(310) recognizes the usage rate of unlicensed or shared band used by an neighboring communication system which is adjacent to a target communication system. A mode determiner(320) decides an access mode either a contention access mode or contention-free access mode depending on the usage rate. An information transfer unit(330) transmits the mode information relating to the determined access mode as described above to a base station or member node of the target communication system.

A system and a method for assigning a radio resource by using an unlicensed band in order to increase the capacity of a communication system are provided to prevent the degradation of the communications system by allocating the usable unlicensed band to the mobile terminal. A radio resource recognition unit(210) recognizes an unlicensed band capable of using licensed band. A state information generation unit(220) determines whether the paper in which the mobile terminal is satisfied with the service product specifications based on the signal-to-interference ratio and signal-to-noise ratio of the mobile terminal. The state information generator determines the mobile terminal in the unlicensed band. The state information generator produces the status information based on the decision result. A radio resource assignment unit(230) assigns one of the usable licensed band or the usable unlicensed band to the radio resource for the mobile terminal based on the status information.
