Abstract: A structure of a dual mass flywheel for preventing oil leakage is provided to install a diaphragm between one end of a cover and a drive plate for preventing the lubricant filled in a chamber from leaking through a gap between the cover and the drive plate. In a structure for a dual mass flywheel, a primary mass and a secondary mass combined to an engine crankshaft and to a transmission input shaft respectively are installed to be rotated relative to each other, a chamber(10) enclosed in a cover(9) and filled with lubricant is installed at an end of the primary mass, and a drive plate is installed in the secondary mass. A diaphragm(20) is installed between an end of the cover and the drive plate to prevent the lubricant from leaking through the gap between the cover and the drive plate. A mounting protrusion(9a) is disposed at one end of the cover to be tightly adhered with one end of the diaphragm.

Abstract: 본 고안은 차량의 엔진 출력축과 변속기 입력축 사이에 개재되어 비틀림 진동을 감쇠시키는 이중 질량 플라이휠에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 의한 이중 질량 플라이휠은, 차량의 엔진 출력축에 결합하는 제1 질량체와, 변속기의 입력축에 연결하는 제2 질량체에 연결되며 상기 제1 질량체에 수용되는 드라이브 플레이트를 포함한다.
그리고 상기 이중 질량 플라이휠은 상기 제1 질량체와 상기 드라이브 플레이트의 상대 회전에 의해 압축되는 복수 개의 압축 스프링과, 상기 압축 스프링의 양측에 제공되며 상기 제1 질량체와 드라이브 플레이트 사이에서 이동할 수 있는 스프링 단부 수용 부재를 포함한다. 상기 드라이브 플레이트는 상기 압축 스프링의 압축을 야기할 수 있는 적어도 한 쌍의 플랜지를 포함한다.
