The present invention relates to an extraction method of functional polysaccharide from Angelica gigas NAKAI, and specifically, to: an extraction method of functional polysaccharide from Angelica gigas NAKAI by treating the Angelica gigas NAKAI with mixed enzymes containing protease, aminopeptidase, and amylase. The functional polysaccharide of Angelica gigas NAKAI contains 5-30 wt% of angelan, thereby being used as a material of highly functional cosmetic composition and functional food containing abundant amount of angelan which is the functional polysaccharide of Angelica gigas NAKAI.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A solubilization method of Anglica gigas Nakai through an extrusion molding process is provided to enhance the yield and solubility of an Anglica gigas Nakai extract. CONSTITUTION: Anglica gigas Nakai is solubilized using a biaxial extruder. The biaxial extruder comprises an ingredient supply unit, an ingredient kneading disk, an extrusion die, a forward transfer screw, a reverse transfer screw, and a barrel heater. The solubilization of Anglica gigas Nakai improves the yield and water solubility of an Anglica gigas Nakai extract. A composition for antioxidation contains the Anglica gigas Nakai extract.
