PURPOSE: A system and method for controlling bearing torque of foil bearing supporting rotary axis are provided to prevent increase of bearing torque of the foil bearing by preventing contact between a foil of the foil bearing and a journal at low speed. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) includes a foil bearing(20) placed to support a rotary axis(10); a hydrostatic gas bearing(30) placed to support the rotary axis; a gas storage(40) storing compressed gas; a pipe(50) supplying compressed gas from the gas storage to the hydrostatic gas bearing; a valve(60) placed on the pipe to open and close; a sensor(70) detecting rotating velocity of the rotary axis; and a control device(80) receiving signal indicating rotating velocity of the rotary axis from the sensor and opening the valve to supply compressed air from the gas storage to the hydrostatic gas bearing if the rotating velocity of the rotary axis is under fixed value and closing the valve to intercept supply of gas from the gas storage to the hydrostatic gas bearing if the rotating velocity of the rotary axis is over fixed value.

PURPOSE: A turbo-charging system is provided to simplify the structure of the system by integrating the generator and turbo-charger, while reducing turbo lag. CONSTITUTION: A turbo-charging system comprises a turbo-charger(10), wherein the turbo-charger includes a rotating shaft(12); a turbine wheel(15) coupled to an end of the rotating shaft, which rotates by the exhaust gas emitted from an internal combustion engine; a compressor impeller(16) coupled to the other end of the rotating shaft, which rotates together with the turbine wheel so as to suck and compress air and transfers the compressed air to the internal combustion engine; and a main body embedded with the rotating shaft, turbine wheel and the compressor impeller. The main body includes a generator(50) arranged in the main body, wherein the generator is constituted by a rotor which rotates by the rotating shaft and a stator arranged at the outer surface of the rotor.

본 발명은 높은 강성을 갖는 범프(bump) 형상의 포일(foil)과 신축성을 갖는 다엽 형상의 포일이 동시에 작동하여 하중지지 능력 향상과 고속에서의 제진 능력을 대폭 향상시킨 포일공기베어링 및 일체형 다엽/범프 포일의 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예는, 베어링 하우징(12)내에 공기피막을 형성시켜 회전축 (10)을 지지하는 공기베어링에 있어서, 상기 베어링 하우징(12)의 내주면에 일정간격으로 복수의 키 슬롯(12a)을 형성하고, 상기 키 슬롯(12a)에는 각기 축하중 지지 및 제진능력을 높이기 위해서 일체형 다엽/범프 포일(20)을 조립하되, 상기 다엽/범프 일체형 포일(20)은, 고강성을 갖는 범프형 포일부(21)와; 상기 범프형 포일부(21)에서 연장된 신축성을 갖는 다엽형 포일부(22) 및; 상기 범프형 포일부(21) 말단에 형성되어 상기 키 슬롯(12a)에 삽입되는 스페이서 키(23)를 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: An intelligent wireless sensor for state diagnosis is provided to determine thermal flow and intensity of acceleration of a rotating body by measuring simultaneously an acceleration direction and a variation of temperature according to a movement of the rotating body. CONSTITUTION: An acceleration meter(100) measures dynamic acceleration or static acceleration according to a movement of a rotating body and converts the measured value to a digital signal. A thermometer(200) measures a temperature of the rotating body and converts the measured value to a digital signal. A micro controller(300) inputs or outputs the digital signals of the acceleration meter(100) and the thermometer(200). An infrared transceiver(400) receives or transmits the digital signals from or to peripheral devices of an IrDA protocol method. A USB interface(500) measures a direction and a thermal variation of the rotating body(10), simultaneously.

직교성을 이용하여 밸런싱 기기의 기계로부터 측정된 신호에서 잡음을 제거시켜 불균형 주파수 성분의 진폭과 위상, 즉 불균형의 크기와 위치에 관한 정보를 고속으로 수출하기 위한 방법 및 장치가 기재되어 있다. 본 발명의 불균형 신호 진폭 및 위상 측정 방법은 측정 신호에 90°위상차를 가진 두 개의 기준 신호를 각각 곱한 후 일정주기 만큼 적분하여 제1 및 제2 중간출력을 얻은 다음, 이른 이용 하여 불균형의 크기와 위치에 관한 정보를 추출하는 단계들로 이루어진다. 본 발명은 단순한 신호의 직교성과 위상차를 이용하게 되므로 잡음이 혼합된 불균형으로 인한 신호로부터 불균형의 크기에 관한 정보와 위치에 관한 정보를 간단하고 고속의 신호 처리 방법으로 얻는 것이 가능하다.
