Abstract:
PURPOSE: A silane coupling agent by covalent bonding high molecule having hydroxy group and silicone oxide and a method for preparing thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: A silane coupling agent is represented by the following formula 1, where R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from the group consisting of linear or branched alkyl, alkoxy, phenyl, phenyl alkoxy, benzyloxy and phenyl alkyl having 4-22 carbon atoms, optionally substituted by functional group such as fluoride, glycidoxy, amine, vinyl, (met)acryl, amino or mercapto and at least one of R1, R2 and R3 has alkoxy group; X is alkyl group or arylalkyl group having 4-22 carbon atoms containing at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of dioxaranylalkyl, dioxanylalkyl, ketal, alkylidene ketal, cycloalkylidene ketal, acetal, dialkylacetal, alkylideneacetal, phenylalkylideneacetal, benzylideneacetal, ketone and cycloacetal having 4-8 carbon atoms where at least one atom selected from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen is optionally contained at the carbon chain. The silane coupling agent is prepared either by the method comprising steps of: (i) dissolving the vinyl derivative of the following formula 2 in organic solvent under nitrogen or argon gas; and (ii) reacting the step (i) with the alkoxysilane derivative of the following formula 3 under metal catalyst or by the method comprising steps of: (i) dissolving the alkylmagnesiumhalide of the following formula 4 in organic solvent under nitrogen or argon gas; and (ii) reacting the step (i) with the haloalkoxysilane of the following formula 5, where the definitions of R1, R2, R3 and X are the same as described above; Y1 is alkyl group or arylalkyl group having 4-19 carbon atoms containing at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of dioxaranylalkyl, dioxanylalkyl, ketal, alkylidene ketal, cycloalkylidene ketal, acetal, dialkylacetal, alkylideneacetal, phenylalkylideneacetal, benzylideneacetal, ketone and cycloacetal having 4-8 carbon atoms where at least one atom selected from the group consisting of oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen is optionally contained at the carbon chain; Y2 is same as Y1 or optionally contains hydrogen atom; and Z is halogen atom.

The present invention relates to a transparent flexible hard coating film, and a method to manufacture the same and, more specifically, to a transparent flexible hard coating film with a scratch-resistant surface, and to a method to manufacture the same. The transparent flexible hard coating film uses an ion-polymerizable siloxane hard coating composition which comprises an oligosiloxane comprising at least one kind of an alicyclic epoxy group per average one molecule, and an ion-polymerization initiator.

The present invention relates to a production method of a hydrogen oligosiloxane resin which includes a step of making alkoxysilane with a hydrogen-silicon group condense and react with organic silanediol under the presence of an acidic catalyst. The acidic catalyst is selected from the group consisting of an ion exchange resin with an acidic functional group, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, citric acid, and a combination thereof.
