Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for inspecting electric performance of a railroad car are provided to reduce the unnecessary time in an inspecting process by measuring indirectly the performance of the railroad car. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inspecting electric performance of a railroad car includes a data reception unit, a data management unit, a data analysis/storage unit, and a data display unit. The data reception unit(1a-1c) receives performance information of arbitrary electric devices. The data management unit(2) converts the performance information to digital data information. The data analysis/storage unit(4) analyzes the digital data information and stores the digital data information. The data display unit(3) displays the digital data information.
