    Abstract: PURPOSE: A supporting structure of a luggage shake prevention net is provided to increase the degree of freedom of luggage loading and to enhance convenience by installing a luggage shake prevention net slidably to allow volume of a space defined before or after sliding to be varied. CONSTITUTION: A supporting structure comprises a luggage shake prevention net(1), rails(5), and supporting rollers(8). A luggage shake prevention net(1) includes a supporting member(3), a natural fiber or synthetic fiber net(2) and hooks(4). T supporting member(3) is inserted around and into the natural fiber or synthetic fiber net(2). Hooks(4) are provided at four corners of the net(4). The rails(5) has a spacing greater than the height of the luggage shake prevention net(1). Each rail(5) defines longitudinal continuous hour-glass shapes. A spring supporting grooves(7) is formed in upper and lower walls of each rail(5). A groove(9) for hooking one of the hooks(4) is formed at the outside of each supporting roller(8). A guide groove(10), which is slidable along the rail(10), is formed at the inside of each supporting roller(8). A leaf-spring(10) is installed in the guide groove(10). Each supporting roller(8) is inserted into the rail(5) through a wider portion of the rail(5). The leaf-spring(11) is supported in the spring supporting groove(7). Each supporting roller(8) is slidable along the rail(5).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A console lead for a vehicle and a manufacture method thereof are provided to reduce a cost and a number of manufacture process by manufacturing the console lead of a console box using a double injection molding method using polypropylene and thermoplastic elastomers. CONSTITUTION: A console parts for a vehicle is provided with a console leads composed of a core portion and a skin portion. The core portion is injected and molded by polypropylene, and the skin portion is injected and molded by thermoplastic elastomers. At state that the first and the second molder injecting portions(10,12) are placed at parallel, polypropylene melting resin(14) supplied from the first molder injecting portion is filled into a space portion formed between a fixed type molders(20,20') and a movable molder(22,22'), thereby forming the core portion. And then, the core portion is cooled, when a cooling of 70-80% is proceeded, a mold is rotated in a degree of 180. The skin portion is formed by filling a thermoplastic melting resin(14') from the first molder(10) to the space portion.

An installation lever(30) connected with a transfer link(40) controls the opening and closing of the latches by a link action. Upon pulling the lever, the front latch is opened.
