본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열연 코일의 냉각 장치는 열연 코일을 지지하는 지지부, 지지부의 내부에 배치되어 있는 열교환부, 열교환부에 연결되어 있으며 열교환부에 냉각수를 공급하는 펌프부를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 열연 코일의 냉각 장치는 펌프부가 열교환부의 복수개의 열교환관에 동일한 압력을 받는 냉각수를 공급함으로써 점성 저항의 크기가 작은 고온 열교환관으로 많은 유량의 냉각수가 흐르게 하여 열연 코일의 고온 지점과 저온 지점간의 온도차를 적게 하여 열연 코일의 온도 분포를 균일하게 할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A scale removing device is provided to reduce scale removal cost and to effectively remove scales with a simple device. CONSTITUTION: A scale removing device(100) comprises a first scale remover. The first scale removal removes scales formed in a first side surface of a strip and comprises a first frame(12) and a first removing block(14). The strip moves in a first direction to pass the first frame. The first removing block is protruded from the first frame and comes into contact with the scales when the strip moves in the first direction.

PURPOSE: A premelt pot is provided to precisely control the tapped amount of molten zinc by controlling the RPM(Revolutions Per Minute) of a screw, and to supply a preset tapped amount of the molten zinc in the premelt pot to a launder. CONSTITUTION: A premelt pot(1) comprises a launder(2), a pipe(3), and a screw(4), and receives molten zinc. The launder is connected to one side of the premelt pot. The pipe is installed in the molten zinc of the premelt pot and is connected to the launder. The pipe is vertically installed on the side wall of the premelt pot. The screw is embedded in the pipe, and is rotated to transfer the preset tapped amount of the molten zinc.

PURPOSE: A hot-rolled strip winder with an electromagnet is provided to tightly attach the end of a hot-rolled strip to a mandrel by applying magnetic force to the end of the hot-rolled strip. CONSTITUTION: A hot-rolled strip winder comprises a mandrel(2) and an electromagnet(3). The mandrel winds a hot-rolled strip(S). The electromagnet is arranged in the mandrel and applies magnetic force to the hot-rolled strip to attach the hot-rolled strip to the mandrel. The electromagnet is axially installed at the center of the mandrel.

PURPOSE: A premelt pot is provided to constantly maintain the surface level of molten zinc and to precisely control the tapped amount of the molten zinc. CONSTITUTION: A premelt pot(1) comprises a launder(2) and a level control part(3) and accommodates molten zinc. The launder is connected to one side of the premelt pot. The level control part is inputted in the molten zinc to apply pressure to the molten zinc so that the surface level of the molten zinc can be controlled.

PURPOSE: A welding check device is provided to measure a protruding weld position of an object by accurately positioning a welding check sensor on the object. CONSTITUTION: A welding check device(100) comprises a rotation supporting unit(10) and a welding check sensor(30). The rotation supporting unit supports an object(11) to rotate as being separated from the floor of a work place. The welding check sensor is installed via a sensor supporting unit(20) on the side of the rotation supporting unit and senses the outer surface of the object to check a weld position of the object.

CONSTITUTION: A tar and moisture removal apparatus for coke oven gas includes a housing(100), a gas supply inlet(200), an air supply inlet(300), a cooling unit(400), a demister(500), a purification filter(600), a first vent(700), and a second vent(800). The housing includes a cooling space on the lower inside and a purification space on the upper inside. The gas supply inlet receives the coke oven gas from the outside. The air supply inlet receives air from the outside. The cooling unit is installed in the cooling space. The demister removes water drops contained in the coke oven gas. The purification filter filters foreign materials from steam contained in the coke oven gas.

CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the rotation of a roller comprises a rotor(40), a stator and a current detecting unit. The rotor is close to the through hole of a roller, which passes through a rotary shaft. The rotor is fixed to the inside of the roller. The rotor is a permanent magnet. The stator is installed on the rotary shaft to face the rotor. The stator is wound on the iron core on the rotary shaft. The current detecting unit detects current from the stator or the rotator when the rotor rotates.
