Abstract: 본 발명은 연료전지스택 체결 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 연료전지스택의 자체 하중 및 빗변장치의 기울기를 이용하여, 연료전지스택의 내부 면압을 자동으로 보정하면서 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있는 연료전지스택 체결 장치에 관한 것이다.
특히, 본 발명은 스택 내부의 면압을 일정하게 하기 위하여 스택 내부가 아닌 외부에서 빗변장치 및 단일방향 하중 제어판 등을 포함하는 체결 장치를 설치함으로써, 스택 내부의 면압을 자동으로 보정하면서 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있고, 스택 자체의 하중을 이용하여 적은 힘으로 큰 체결하중을 낼 수 있도록 한 연료전지스택 체결 장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Abstract: A supply device of a separation type seat for a vehicle is provided to install first and second grippers on a base of the supply device for grasping two seats at once and moving the two seats separated uniformly into a vehicle, thereby shortening the seat supplying time. A supply device of a separation type seat for a vehicle comprises a longitudinal rail installed on an upper side, a crosswise rail installed below the longitudinal rail, a supporter installed to the crosswise rail, a loader arm installed to be lifted up and down by a lifting cylinder built in the supporter, left and right cylinder installed to the loader arm, a base(200) installed to the left and right cylinder, a driving motor(210) installed on the center of the base, first and second rack gears(220,221) installed on two ends of a pinion(211) installed to the driving motor respectively, first and second loads(230,231) installed to first and second rack gears respectively, and first and second grippers(250,251) installed to ends of first and second loads respectively. First and second tilting cylinders(260,261) are installed on upper parts of first and second grippers respectively to compensate the positions of seats. First and second guiding elongate ports(240,241) are disposed on two ends of the base to guide the movements of first and second grippers.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vacuum boosting auxiliary device of a brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent lowering of braking performance of the vehicle by connecting a vacuum pump to a brake booster to keep vacuum pressure of a brake booster uniform even in operating a small-sized vehicle or an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum boosting auxiliary device of a brake for a vehicle is arranged between a brake pedal(1) and a master cylinder(3). The inside of a brake booster(10) connected to the brake pedal and the master cylinder through a rod(2) is partitioned into an atmospheric pressure part(12) arranged toward the brake pedal and a vacuum pressure part(13) arranged toward the master cylinder via a partitioning film(11). In the atmospheric pressure part, atmospheric pressure is maintained. The vacuum part is connected to a throttle body(6) and vacuum pressure is maintained. Braking force is increased when the brake pedal is operated. The vacuum boosting auxiliary device comprises a vacuum pressure sensor(20) installed to one side of the vacuum pressure part to detect vacuum pressure; a vacuum pump(30) installed to a side of the engine of the vehicle and connected to the other side of the vacuum pressure part; a first solenoid valve(41) installed on a pipe(p) between the vacuum pump and the brake booster to open and shut a pipe passage by an electric signal; a second solenoid valve(42) installed between the first solenoid valve and the vacuum pump to make air in the atmosphere flow into the pipe by the electric signal; and a control part(40) sending the electric signal to the first and second solenoid valves to make the first solenoid valve close and the second solenoid valve open if the vacuum pressure of the brake booster is normal on the basis of a value detected from the vacuum pressure sensor and to make the first solenoid valve open and the second solenoid valve close if the vacuum pressure is lower than a reference value.
