Abstract: An electronic device includes a camera. While in a first media acquisition mode for the camera the device displays a live preview on the display. While displaying the live preview, the device detects activation of a shutter button. Abstract: In accordance with some embodiments, a method is performed at a device with one or more processors, non-transitory memory, a display, and an input device. While a plurality of media items are stored on the device, the method includes detecting the occurrence of a condition that corresponds to a request to free storage on the device, wherein the plurality of media items uses a first amount of storage on the device and a minimum amount of storage on the device has been reserved for media items.
