    Abstract: Solution polymerization of conjugated dienes in a vinyl aromatic compound is carried out using a lanthanide metal alkenyl complex and organoaluminum or boron co-catalyst. A process for the solution of conjugated dienes in a vinyl aromatic compound in the presence of a catalyst is claimed. The catalyst is prepared by reaction of an alkenyl complex of a lanthanide metal with a co-catalyst comprising: (A) an organoaluminum compound of formula (1)-(6); and (B) a boron compound of formula (7).     Abstract: Polymer mixtures, containing the following essential ingredients: A) 1-99 wt.% polycarbonates or polyester; B) 1-99 wt.% acrylate rubber modified moulding material, produced by b1) anionic polymerisation of monomers selected from the group consisting of i) (meth)acrylic acid esters of general formula (I) CH2=C(R )-CO2R , and ii) (meth)acrylic acid esters of general formula (II) CH2=C(R )-C(O)O-CR R R in a solvent containing vinyl aromatic compounds of general formula (III) and b2) by adding to the reaction mixture obtained according to b1) b21) acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, C1-C8 methacrylates or mixtures thereof and optionally, other radically polymerisable monomers selected from the group consisting of b22) vinyl aromatic compounds according to general formula (III), (C1-C8 alkyl) (meth)acrylic acid esters or the mixtures thereof, b23) other olefinically unsaturated compounds that are different from acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile or vinyl aromatic compound (III), b3) radical polymerisation of the mixture obtained according to b2), in addition b4 to isolating the rubber modified moulding material obtained according to b3); C) 0-50 wt.% acrylate rubber modified moulding material, whereby at least the rubber phase is produced by means of emulsion polymerisation; D) 0-50 wt.% inorganic filler and E) 0-50 wt.% additives and auxiliary agents.
