    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curb effervescence of liquid refrigerant at the outlet header of an evaporator and make a sudden liquid back less possible to occur by a method wherein for a preliminarily set time at the start a minimum value is set for the number of revolutions of the compressor and subsequently the operation is controlled at an optimal number of revolutions for the control of the storage temperature. SOLUTION: A freeze chamber temperature differential-calculating means 24 calculates the temperature differential between the freeze chamber temperature detected by a freeze chamber temperature detective means 21 and the set temperature for the freeze chamber 8 detected by a freeze chamber temperature-setting means 23 and from the temperature differential a revolution speed-calculating means 25 decides the revolution speed of the compressor 17 and an inverter circuit 26 operates the compressor 17 at the decided number of revolutions. The compressor is operated at the minimum revolution speed according to a minimum revolution speed command- transmitting means 43, at a preset time a timer 42 stops transmitting a revolution speed command, and the number of revolutions of the compressor 17, decided by a revolution speed-calculating means 25, is transmitted. This method makes a sudden liquid back less possible to occur.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly efficient operation control by a method wherein the number of revolutions of a compressor is controlled by the temperature of a cooler. SOLUTION: The temperature of a refrigerating chamber is detected by a refrigerating chamber temperature detecting means 21, a set temperature is detected by a refrigerating chamber temperature setting means and the number of revolutions of a compressor 17 is decided by a number of revolutions computing means 25 according to a temperature difference between a refrigerating chamber temperature and a set temperature. The temperature oft a cooler 13 is detected by a cooler temperature detecting means 42, and when a cooler temperature is reduced to a value lower than a specified value, the number of revolutions is corrected by a number of revolutions correcting means 41, and the number of revolutions of a compressor is controlled by an inverter circuit 26.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To obtain energy saving effect by stopping the operation of an oil cooler when the temperature of a compressor is low. CONSTITUTION: The delivery route 2 of refrigerant from a compressor 1 is branched into first and second delivery routes 15, 16 while the first delivery route 15 is connected to an oil cooler 6 and the oil cooler 6 is connected to a main condenser 7. The second delivery route 16 is connected to the main condenser 7 through a bypass valve without passing through the oil cooler 6. A compressor oil temperature detecting means 11 is provided and when the temperature of the compressor 1 becomes low, the discharged refrigerant from the compressor 1 is sent to the main condenser 7 through the bypass valve without passing through the oil cooler 6 by opening the bypass valve whereby the excessive reduction in the temperature of the compressor 1 is prevented and energy saving effect can be obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent refrigerant from being decomposed under an abnormal high temperature of the refrigerant and to perform a forced convection cooling of a compressor by a method wherein when a temperature of discharged gas is detected and this detected gas temperature keeps an abnormal temperature of the discharged gas for a specified period of time, the compressor is stopped in its operation and a blower is electrically energized and driven subsequently even after the compressor is stopped in its operation. CONSTITUTION: If a temperature of a discharging pipe of a compressor is increased and a temperature detected by a discharged gas sensing means 6 keeps a higher temperature than an abnormal temperature of the discharged gas for a specified period of time, for example, 5 seconds, the operation is transferred to a discharged gas abnormal mode. Then, a compressor 1 is turned off by a relay 11 and is stopped in its operation for a predetermined period of time. However, a fan motor 4 is electrically energized and driven as it is after elapsing a specified period of time. Then, after elapsing a specified period of time, the relay 11 is turned on by a control circuit 13, the compressor 1 is again electrically energized and driven to start a cooling operation. At this time, the fan motor 4 is subsequently electrically energized and driven. With such an arrangement as above, a recovering of the compressor 1 is rapidly carried out, an inner side of a refrigerator is cooled again to enable a foodstuff in the refrigerator to be prevented from being decayed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To accurately quantify the damage degree of a slide section without disassembling a machine by detecting the vibration wave-form generated from the slide section, removing noises from a voltage signal, converting the voltage signal into a digital signal, then wave-form-processing the feature of the signal. CONSTITUTION: The vibration component generated from the slide section of a rotary machine such as a compressor 1 used for a refrigerating device is detected by a sensor 3 installed at one position of a four-point weld section 2, converted into the voltage signal, amplified, and recorded in a wave-form recording device 5. The noise component is removed from the voltage signal by a BPF 6, and the voltage signal is converted 7 into the digital signal and inputted to a wave-form processor 8. The amplitude size and fluctuation degree of a shock wave indicating the damage degree of the slide section are quantified by DSP in the wave-form processor 8, the damage degree of each slide section is judged based on the data base showing the correspondence between the calculated result and damage degree, and the judged result is displayed 9 and recorded 10. The damage degree of the machine slide section can be quantitatively grasped while the compressor 1 is not disassembled.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a hot plate from resonating and hereby prevent vibration and noise of a refrigerator from being increased by providing step parts at portions corresponding to nodes and loops of a lower order natural-vibration mode of a hot plate of an evaporation dish. CONSTITUTION: A vibrationproof structure of a refrigerator comprises a compressor mounting plate 4 for supporting a compressor 2, an evaporation dish 3 for evaporating defrosted water, and a hot plate 5 where there is formed a connection part for connecting the refrigerator to the compressor mounting plate 4. There are further provided steps 11 which extend substantially parallely to the evaporation dish 3 and one side where the connection part is formed together with the hot plate 5 and which make contact with the hot plate 5 at opposite ends thereof and at portions which divide the opposite ends into substantially 14. Hereby, there are fixed nodes and loops of a lower order natural vibration mode of the hot plate 5 whereby the hot plate 5 is made highly rigid, and the hot plate 5 is prevented from resonating owing to vibration of the compressor 2, and hence vibration and noise of the refrigerator are prevented from being increased.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To catch dust and dirt without fail, which enter a condenser, without deteriorating the radiation capability of the condenser, and improve the cooling performance and reliability by arranging an electric astatically charging type dust stick, which is approx. in parallel with tubes, on the air flow upstream side of the condenser. CONSTITUTION: A machine chamber 2 is formed at a lower rear part of a refrigerator main body 1 for which a heat insulating material is inserted between an external box and internal box, and the machine chamber 2 is constituted with an external box bottom plate 3, condenser 4 consisting of tubes and fins, blower 5 consisting of a motor 5a, blades 5b and partitioning plate 6, and mounting plate 8 on which a compressor 7 is mounted. Then, a tilted surface part is provided on the external box bottom plate 3. Then, a dust stick 15 is arranged on the upstream side of the condenser 4. The dust stick 15 is made of an electric-charging type material which is arranged approx. in parallel with tubes 4a in front of the tubes 4a, and has a base 15a and a plurality of bar form sticks 15b. By this method, air containing dust and dirt collides with the dust stick, and dust and dirt are removed, and the adhesion of dust and dirt to the condenser becomes hard to generate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To increase the heat-exchanging property of a condenser which is provided in a refrigerator main body. CONSTITUTION: At a lower rear part of a refrigerator main body 1, a machine chamber 2 is partitioned with an external box bottom plate 3, mounting plate 7 and machine chamber cover 8. Then, on the mounting plate 7, a condenser 4, a blower 5 which is arranged on the upstream side of the condenser 4, compressor 6 and evaporation tray are provided, and on the machine chamber cover 8, an air outlet 11 and rear side air inlet 10 are provided. Also, on the tilted surface part of the external box bottom plate 3, a front part air inlet 9 is provided, and a fan 14 of the blower 5 is periodically reversed.
