Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a flow separation, reduce a noise due to a turbulent flow during air-blasting, and reduce the size of a blower by constituting the curvature of an inlet-side tip-part of an orifice in such a manner that it becomes minimum at the middle of a longer edge side of a front panel having a nearly rectangular form and maximum at the middle of a shorter edge side. CONSTITUTION:When an axial-flow impeller 7 rotates, the flowed-in air is discharged out of a blower room 2 via an orifice 9. At this time, since a front panel 4 is of a rectangular form, a distance between the axial-flow impeller 7 and a side wall 5b is large at a section on the longer edge side, and therefore a centripetal, inflow air current G is generated. However, since curvature R2 at an inlet side tip part 9a is set in such a manner that it becomes the smallest in comparison with other parts, the flow G smoothly flows along the curved line without taking place a separation of the air current due to sharp bending. In addition, on the smaller edge side, a distance between the axial-flow impeller 7 and a side wall 5a is small, and an inflow air current H mainly consists of the air in the axial direction. Therefore, by setting curvature R1 at the inlet side tip part 9a at the maximum in comparison with other parts, the dimension of the blower room 2 in the shorter edge direction can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce noises with a simple structure by surrounding an impeller having blades with a casing having an intake port and discharge port to provide a small bore having a predetermined numeral aperture and diameter in the intake side casing. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 101 is enclosed by a scroll casing 102, main casing 103, suction side casing 1 provided with a suction port 104 and casing 3 formed with a discharge port 4. Further the suction side casing 1 is constituted of a perforated plate provided with perforations 5 having 20% or less of the numeral aperture to 10mm diameter. Thus, the counterflow of air to the interior of the impeller 101 is absent and counterflow sounds can be prevented to reduce noises with a simple structure without reducing blow rate.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep off any separation of an inflow air cuttent as well as to prevent a turbulent flow noise from occurring by forming a revoluted sectional form of an inlet port part in a blade plate into blade profile, and setting a blade inlet angle the smaller in the section, the nearer to a side plate. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 6 fixes a side plate 9 to a blade plate 7 solidly formed with a main plate 8, while it forms an inlet port 10 in this side plate 9. At this time, in a section when the blade plate 7 is cut at a rectangular plane to a turning shaft, each sectional form ranging from the main plate 8 to a specified position (h) is formed into the same blade profile. In addition, a blade inlet diameter d1 is set to 0.7-0.75d2 of an impeller outer diameter d2 and an inlet port diameter d0 of the side plate 9 to 0.8-0.85, respectively. In addition, from the position (h) to the side plate 9, a blade inlet diameter dm of the blade plate 7 is gradually expanded, while plate thickness of a blade ventral surface 12 in the blade plate 7 is gradually thinned, and a tip form of the blade plate 7 is formed into a smooth curve form.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve aerodynamic performance and to reduce the generation of fluid noise by a method wherein at a cross section when a blade plate is cut by means of each plane crossing the rotary shaft of an impeller at right angles, the blade inlet size of the blade plate is gradually increased from a cross section in the vicinity of a main plate toward a cross section in the vicinity of a side plate. CONSTITUTION:A blade plate 9 has a blade inlet size D1 which is gradually increased from a main plate part 10 toward a side plate part 11. Since at each cross section, a blade front edge 13 is positioned in the vicinity of a blade back line 12 of a shape H in cross section of the fundamental blade of the main plate part 10, a blade inlet angle is gradually decreased from the main plate part toward the side plate part. Meanwhile, in an air flow flowing in an impeller 8, when it flows in between blade plates 9, there is a tendency for an inflow angle to increase at the main plate part 10 and to decrease at the side plate part 11 and therefore, the tendency of distribution of a blade inlet angle coincides with that of distribution of an air flow inflow angle. This constitution prevents production of wide displacement between the blade inlet angle and the air flow inflow angle at each cross section of the blade plate 9, and prevents peeling of an inflow air flow.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a simple cooling device of a piece of piping without producing mechanical vibration and noises by forming a liquid pump of a superconductive coil arranged near a piece of refrigerant piping, a plurality of pairs of electrodes positioned corresponding to the superconductive coil and a direct current power source connected to the electrodes, and controlling the current flowing number of a pair of the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:With a two-way valve of an inlet of an evaporator at the actuating side of evaporators 7, 7' opened, and with another two-way valve of an inlet of another evaporator at the stopping side thereof closed, a switch 18 of a liquid pump 11 is turned on and another switch 18' is turned off. Refrigerant in a piece of refrigerant piping 12a of a liquid pump 11 part is ionized by positive and negative electrodes 15, 16 and current is flowed from the electrode 15 toward the other electrode 16. Strong magnetic flux is generated toward a superconductive coil 14 by another superconductive coil between superconductive coils 13, 14. Lorentz's force is produced by the current flowing between the electrodes 15, 16 and magnetic flux flowing between superconductive coils 13, 14, ionized refrigerant is moved toward condenser 2, the flow of the refrigerant is produced toward the condenser 2, and the refrigerant is circulated in a cooling device 10.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice making pan, wherein even when small and light weight ice with a small volume, hard ice can be made, and the ice is easily separated, and an automated ice making apparatus or a freezing refrigerator with the pan. SOLUTION: Water is frozen in one direction from an upper section opening 10a of a recessed portion toward a lower portion 10c of the recessed portion, and when ice is expanded in the neighborhood of the recessed portion lower section 10c, extruding force against an inner wall of the lower section 10c of the recessed section 10 is applied in the direction where the ice is pushed out upward of an ice making pan 9. The upward force is not suppressed because the upper surface opening 10a of the recessed section 10 is spread, and hence the ice is separated from an inner wall of the recessed section 10 just-after ice is made without suppressing the force extruded upward.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent aerodynamic performance of a multiple blade blower from degrading, and suppress an increase in turbulence and noise by restraining an air flow from being reversed through each gap between plural blades at a position in the axial direction other than the main plate sides of impellers in a place close to the tongue part of a casing. SOLUTION: A reverse flow from the blast port 8 on the main plate side of an impeller 2, is blocked by a member 9a extended in the reverse rotational direction of a tongue part 9 so as to be prevented from being confluent with the flow F1 having a large component in the circumferential direction in a place other than the vicinity of the main plate 3 of the impeller, a reverse flow through each place between the blades 5 are controlled, and the amount of air flowing reversely from the inside of a suction port 7 to the inside of the impeller 2 by way of the side plate 4 of the impeller is restrained from increasing. When the multiple blade blower 1 is to be assembled, the blower is assembled first with no extended member 9a involved, and the extended member is mounted thereto thereafter, so that assembly works can be shortened in production terms, and its production efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of an air flow in a casing to the outside of the casing through a gap provided between the contact surfaces of an opening edge bell mouth part when two division pieces made of resin, of which the casing consists, are brought into contact with respective opening edges. SOLUTION: A protrusion 20 to cover the bell mouth 15 part of the opening edge 19a of one division piece 19 is formed on the outside of the bell mouth 15 part of the opening edge 18a of the other division piece 18 of which a casing 17 consists. By closing a gap, provided between the contact surfaces of the bell mouth 15 parts of the opening edges 18a and 19a of the two division pieces 18 and 19, with the protrusion 20, an air flow inside the casing 17 is prevented from leakage through the gap to the outside of the casing 17 and deterioration of air supply performance and the increase of the generation of noise are suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress counterflow of the discharged air flow from an impeller to a bell mouth part excessively inside a casing, suppress deterioration of the blowing performance, and suppress increase of a blowing noise. SOLUTION: A blower casing 14 has a convolution part 15 of such a structure that its radius r1 is greater on the main plate 6 side of impeller 9 and the radius r2 on the side with a side-plate 7 is made small, and the convolution part 15 is inclined from the main plate 6 side to the side-plate 7 side of the impeller 9. To the air stream willing to move toward a bell mouth 13, a force in the counter-bell mouth direction is applied from the wall surface of the casing 14 so as to suppress generation of a counterflow, and thereby the blowing performance is improved and an increase in the blowing noise is suppressed.
