    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a controller for a power supply circuit which can increase the change width of an output voltage without reducing the efficiency of a DC motor. CONSTITUTION:A rectifier circuit 1, a DC-DC converter 11 for boosting a rectified DC voltage, a switching circuit 12 for outputting a pseudo sinusoidal wave according to the output of a DC-DC converter 11, a motor 13 driven by the output from the switching circuit, and a means 14 for controlling the number of rotations which controls the number of rotations of the motor 13 are provided. Further, a PAM control means 17 for controlling the output voltage of the DC-DC converter 11 according to the output signal from the means 14 for controlling the number of rotations and a PWM control means 19 for controlling the switching circuit 12 according to the output signal from the means 14 for controlling the number of rotations are provided.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To calculate a PMV value with a hardware and a software on a relatively small scale, which are assembled in an air conditioner, by successively finding the PMV value based on a PMV approximate formula and controlling a cooling/heating means so that the PMV value is stabilized in a range of a comfortable zone. CONSTITUTION:A PMV value operation means 2 selects a PMV approximate formula 1 according to the summer period, the winter period and the intermediate periods, which are estimated by a season estimating means 6, and substitutes a room temperature, a radiant temperature and an air flow rate into the approximate formula to calculate an approximate PMV value. In this case, an action rate does not become a variable as it is a fixed value. A cooling/heating means 11 is so controlled that the PMV value is stabilized in a range of a comfortable zone on the basis of the PMV value thus calculated. Since the PMV value operation means 2 approximately calculates the PMV value in each of seasons in such a manner on the basis of a room temperature, a radiant temperature and an air flow rate as parameters, the PMV control of an air conditioner can be performed by a hardware and a software on a relatively small scale.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate an unnecessary operation of temperature sensitive input and to provide a comfortably warmed circumstances which is suitable for making a user feel comfortable, in an air conditioner by which indoor circumstances can be controlled automatically to be comfortable based on a PMV value. CONSTITUTION:The air conditioner is provided with a PMV value operation means 1 to obtain successively a PMV value in a living zone, a temperature sensitive input means 8 which enables a multi-stepped input, e.g. 'cooler' or 'warmer', a temperature sensitive input display means 9 and a monitor zone of a prescribed time period after a temperature sensitive input, and values inputted in the same temperature sensitive direction within the monitor zone are added, while temperature sensitive inputs in reverse directions are reduced. The air conditioner is also provided with a temperature sensitive input storing means 11 to accept the result as a temperature sensitive input within the monitor zone and to store it in relation to factors such as room temperature and outdoor temperature at that time, a PMV value correcting means 12 to correct the PMV value in a next operation in accordance with the stored temperature sensitive input, a command control value determining means 14 to determine a command control value within a comfortableness range of PMV, and an air condition control means 15 to control an air conditioning means 13 to stabilize the PMV value within the comfortableness zone.

At this time, a prescribed width at a first and one time which is inputted in a 'cold' direction when the PMV value is out of range of comfortableness zone and on a 'hot' side or in a 'hot' direction when the PMV value is out of the range of comfortableness zone and on the 'cold' side is changed by a prescribed width changing means 12 to be larger than a prescribed width at a first and one time which is inputted when the PMV value is within the range of comfortableness zone. Then, in order to stabilize the corrected PMV value within the comfortableness zone, an air conditioning means 14 is controlled by an air condition control means 15.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To control a PMV value to be neutral accurately in a residential area with an inexpensive constitution using a conventional detecting means even where there is a difference between a PMV value of a residential area and a detected PMV value due to the distribution of top and bottom temperatures of an air conditioned space. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner is equipped with an indoor blower control means 27, air direction direction control means 26 which changes the direction of blown out air, room temperature fuzzy inference means 25 which fuzzy-infers the room temperature of a residential area by the direction of air, quantity of air and an operation mode, residential area PMV value calculating means 24 which calculates the PMV value of the residential area with the inferred room temperature as a parameter, and a PMV value cooling/heating control means 29 which controls a cooling/heating means 30 so that the PMV value for the residential area may become neutral. In this method, even when there are top and bottom temperature distributions in an air conditioned space, the PMV value of a residential area can be accurately controlled to be neutral by an inexpensive constitution by limited input conditions which can be detected by the air conditioner main body.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To uniformly hold a clearance between a vane and both bearings by providing grooves increasing and decreasing in a sectional area from a back surface toward a point end, brought into contact with a roller, in both end surfaces opposed to main and sub bearings of the vane. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 20a to 20d and 21a to 21d respectively increasing and decreasing in a sectional area from a back surface 19c toward a point end 19d in contact with a roller 5, are provided in both end surfaces 19a, 19b opposed to a main bearing 7 and a subbearing 8 of a vane 19. In this way, when the vane 19 makes a reciprocating motion, lubricating oil is allowed to flow in the grooves 20a to 20d and 21a to 21d to generate a pressure according to decrease of the sectional area. Generation of this pressure occurs simultaneously in both the end surfaces 19a, 19b to hold the vane 19 in a position where the pressure is balanced. Accordingly, clearances deltaa, deltab between the vane 19 and both the bearings 7, 8 can be uniformly held.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve lubricating efficiency with no lubricating oil required by separating a refrigerant into a gas refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant before the refrigerant, delivered from a delivery hole, is delivered into a closed casing, and allowing only the liquid refrigerant to flow in each lubricating part. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant, mixing a liquid refrigerant with a gas refrigerant, is sucked to a suction chamber 11a from a suction pipe 13 and then delivered through a pump chamber 11b and a delivery hole 20 to reach a communication passage 24a. In the case of flowing in the communication path 24a, the liquid refrigerant of large specific gravity flows along a side of a guide wall 21a by centrifugal force, and the gas refrigerant of small specific gravity flows along a side of a guide wall 21d impeded by a flow of the liquid refrigerant. Thereafter, the liquid refrigerant is left as continued to flow along the guide wall 21a and advanced into a communication path 24b and 23. Then, the liquid refrigerant, flowing in the communication path 23, is supplied to clearances 18a, 18b between a main bearing 7 and a main shaft 3a and between a subbearing 19 and a subshaft 3b, and also lubricating partly an end face of a roller 5. In this way, lubricating efficiency of each lubricating part is improved by surely supplying only the separated liquid refrigerant in each sliding part.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance lubricity of a rotary pump by causing a refrigerant discharged from a discharge hole to flow to each lubricating portion before being discharged into a sealed casing. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant is sucked into a suction chamber 11a from a suction pipe 13 and discharged to a discharge room 22 via a pump room 11b and a discharge opening 20. Thereafter, the refrigerant is supplied via the hole 3e of a shaft 3 to the respective spaces 18a, 18b between a main bearing 7 and a main spindle 3a, and an auxiliary bearing 19 and an auxiliary shaft 3b and is discharged into a sealed casing 1 and then discharged from a discharge pipe 16. One part of the refrigerant is supplied to the inner periphery side of a crank 3c and a roller 5 from a hole 3f and a channel 3g and lubricates the end face of the roller 5 by means of its differential pressure and then leads to the suction chamber 11a and the pump room 11b. Therefore the refrigerant composed mainly of liquid refrigerant discharged from the discharge opening 20 is supplied to each sliding portion, so enhancing lubricity of each sliding portion.

Thus, the compressive capacity can be controlled continuously in response to a load by only controlling refrigerant pressure within a back pressure control pipe 25.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attempt reduction of noise and a decrease in a sliding loss by setting a structure to generate a dynamic pressure by lubricating oil between the crank part of a shaft and an inside roller and between the inside roller and an outside roller. CONSTITUTION:Plural V-letter type shallow grooves 24 in each of which a V letter leg is extensively opened in the rotational direction of a shaft 22 are engraved in the outer peripheral surface 23a of a crank part 23. Also, plural V letter shallow grooves 26 in each of which a V letter leg is extensively opened in the rotational direction of the shaft 22 is engraved in the outer peripheral surface 25a of an inside roller 25. Then, the inside roller 25 is fitted around the crank part 23, and an outside roller 27 is fitted around the inside roller 25 so as to rotate the shaft 22 in the arrow mark 'a' direction. Thus, the dynamic pressure of lubricating oil generated in the shallow grooves 24, 26 equalizes a clearance between the inside roller 25 and the crank part 23 to a clearance between the outside roller 27 and the inside roller 25. Therefore, the sliding loss among the crank part 23, the inside roller 25 and the outside roller 27 is decreased as well as any metallic noise at the start time of a compressor is eliminated.
