Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress the uncomfortable feeling of a user to a minimum and to produce a power saving effect by a method wherein proper correction is applied on the calculated PMV value of a living area, in an air-conditioner to effect automatic control so that indoor environment is brought into a comfortable state by means of a PMV value. CONSTITUTION:An air-conditioner comprises an energy saving mode selection input means 17, a correction amount output means 18 to output a correction amount based on the input of the energy saving mode section input means 17, a PMV valve correcting means 19 to correct a PMV value, determined by a PMV value computing means 10, by means of a correction amount content decided by the correction amount output means 18, a receiving display means 20 to announce receipt of operation by the energy saving mode selection input means 17 to a user, and a cooling heating means 21 which is controlled so that a PMV value corrected by the PMV value correcting means 19 is stabilized in a range of a comfortable region. Thus, a power saving effect is produced in a range wherein an amenity of a user is not damaged.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate an inconvenience caused by a troublesome operation of inputting a thermal feeling and perform a PMV correction desired by a correct user by a method wherein a certain fear of the user is removed. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a PMV value calculation means 1 for calculating in sequence PMV values, a thermal feeling inputting means 8 for inputting a feeling of a user, a correction amount specifying means 9 for correcting the thermal feeling input, a thermal feeling input receiving prohibiting means 14, a PMV value correcting means 10, a comfortable sign 11 lit in the case that the PMV value is within a range of comfortable feeling range, a receiving completion sign 15 for displaying that the thermal feeling inputting means is received, and a cooling or heating control means 13 for controlling a cooling or heating means 12. Due to this arrangement as above, it is possible to input a thermal feeling of the user at that time, confirm an operation performed by a user himself, eliminate a plurality of times of thermal feeling inputting operations caused by the fear feeling of the user and to correct the correct PMV value.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a correction of a PMV value with an input of thermal feeling and dissolve an inconvenience caused by a troublesome operation under a less amount of memory volume. CONSTITUTION:There are provided thermal feeling input correction value determining means 9 for determining a correction amount of a PMV value in response to inputting of the thermal feeling, a neuron generating means 12 for making a relative relation of the correction amount of the thermal feeling input, a room temperature at the time of inputting of thermal feeling, a surrounding air temperature, an elapsing time from a starting of operation and a PMV value applied as teacher signals so as to generate neurons, and a monitoring space of specified time after correcting the PMV value. In the case that the thermal feeling is inputted within the same monitoring space, there are provided a neuron totaling means 13 for totaling the inputs to the generated neurons and a PMV value correction neural network 14 for determining the PMV value correction amount in response to the generated neurons, resulting in that it is not necessary to perform a thermal feeling inputting operation every time the operation is carried out and so it is possible to realize a comfortable thermal heat environment with a less amount of memory.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which eliminates a troublesome information inputting operation for storing/taking out foods in/from the refrigerator to reliably control the inventory by a simple method. SOLUTION: Foods are put in food stock containers 2 with information tags 3 to control the inventory. Hence an information tag transceiver 4 attached to a refrigerator 1 enables the automatic control of the operation for storing/ taking out foods. This eliminates the labor for the inventory control and the food inventory can be conveniently and reliably controlled in the refrigerator.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively inexpensively remove not only scale but also the remaining waste and residue of beverage components by pouring carbonated water after draining hot water in a circulation path by a drain valve to wash dirt at the circulation path including a heating means. SOLUTION: A circulation means 30 consists of a circulation pump 26, a 1 H water feeding piping 27, a circulation path valve 28, a circulation piping 29 and a heating means 23 to circulate water and washing carbonated water. A drain valve 33 drains hot water in the means 23 and the piping 29 into a drain tank 50 before and after a washing process. A carbonated water washing means 49 consists of a carbonator 18, a carbonated water piping 47 and a carbonated water washing valve 48, and the piping 47 is connected to the piping 27 via the valve 48 from the carbonator 18. Then at the time of washing, the valve 48 is opened to pour carbonated water into the circulation path by carbon dioxide pressure. Then, the means 49 pours carbonated water after draining hot water in the circulation path by the valve 33 and washes dirt at the circulation path including the means 23.

Thus, it is possible to discharge rinse hot water by generating hot water, and storing the hot water in the tank 6 when a dispenser manager removes a rinse cock 7, and to realize sharp power saving by increasing the temperature of necessary amounts of hot water at the time of selling.

Further, the time zone wherein the water is discharged is optimized according to the installation place to save the electric power.

In the case, the beverage in the induced heating coil 1 is circulated by driving the circulation pump 8 just after the beverage is heated.
