Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a front light integrated touch panel uniformly illuminate a reflection type liquid crystal display without impairing the portability of a portable type electronic apparatus by successively laminating the reflection type liquid crystal display, a specific front light, and a transparent touch panel on a reflection plate. SOLUTION: The reflection type display 5, the front liquid 15 consisting of a light transmission plate 3 and a light source 4 and the transparent touch panel 14 are successively laminated on the reflection plate 6. The front light integrated touch panel of this case is formed by successively laminating the reflection type display 5, the front light 15 consisting of the transparent light transmission plate 3 of 0.3 to 2.0 mm in thickness and the light source 4 arranged at its end face and the transparent touch panel 14 on the reflection plate 6. The front light integrated touch panel is applied to cordless telephone sets, portable telephones, desk-top calculators, sub-note personal computers, personal digital assistants(PDA), digital cameras, video cameras, etc.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain color filters of a high contrast which are inexpensively produced by simplified stages and have smooth surfaces free from light leakage from boundary parts by forming transparent conductive films on a transparent substrate and arranging a black matrix consisting of black inorg. oxide and colored pixel parts thereon. SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film is formed on the transparent substrate and the black matrix consisting of the black inorg. oxide and the colored pixel parts are formed thereon. The colored pixel parts are preferably formed by an electrodeposition method. The transparent conductive film is preferably obtd. by printing and baking the transparent conductive ink consisting of the org. metal compd. expressed by the formula: N(OH)r (R-CO-CH2 -CO-R')S, n=r+s, a solvent and additives. In the formula, N denotes elements, such as indium, tin, antimony, baron, phosphorus, etc.; R, R' denote substd. allyl group or substd. alkyl group; (n) is the valency of N; (r), (s) denote natural numbers.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive property of the metal mask and material to be printed by patterning the photoresist films on both faces of a metallic plate and etching the same, then removing the resist film on the surface which does not come into contact with the material to be printed. CONSTITUTION:The photoresist films 2, 3 are respectively formed on both faces of the metallic plate 1 such as stainless steel plate. Photomasks 4 are then respectively imposed on the films 2, 3 in such a manner that the ink transmission holes thereof are registered. The resist films are then exposed and developed from both faces and thereafter, the plate 1 is etched in the part where the films 2, 3 are removed. The film 2 of the surface which does not come into contact with the material to be printed is then removed. The film 2 is preferably formed of a positive type resist and the film 3 of a negative type resist. The remaining films function as soft layers according to this method and, therefore, the adhesive property to the material to be printed is improved and the precise patterns free from ink blurring are obtd.

PURPOSE:To obtain a photomask material high in durability, good in edge sharpness, high in resolution, and small in surface reflection by forming a specified thin transparent porous film containing photosensitive silver halide on a transparent support. CONSTITUTION:The 1-20mum thin transparent porous film 2 made of an inorganic oxide containing silver halide is formed by a sol-gel method on the transparent support 1 made of soda glass or the like. The layer 2 is formed by coating the support 1 with an aqueous solution of a compound represented by formula (MOR1)m(OR2)nXpYq, (M is an element, such as Mg, each of R1 and R2 is H or the like, and each of X and Y is H or the like), hydrolyzing it at normal temperature or near it, and then, heating it, thus permitting the obtained photomask material to be high in durability, good in edge sharpness, high in resolution, and small in surface reflection.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which has both an electrostatic sensor and a piezoelectric sensor and yet does not suffer from increased thickness, altered optical properties, and increased cost.SOLUTION: A touch panel 40 is equipped with force measurement means which uses a piezoelectric body 31 and position sensing means of an electrostatic capacitance type. The force measurement means uses paired electrodes 13, 12 positioned to sandwich the piezoelectric body 31. The position sensing means uses a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12. One or more upper-surface electrodes 16 are provided on the upper-surface side of the piezoelectric body and one or more lower-surface electrodes 17 are provided on the lower surface side of the piezoelectric body. Out of the paired electrodes used for force measurement, one is the lower-surface electrode, and at least one of the second electrodes used for position sensing is the upper-surface electrode.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a narrow picture frame touch input sheet with an excellent rust-prevention property.SOLUTION: A conductive sheet, on which a transparent conductive film 3, a shading conductive film 1, and a first resist layer are sequentially laminated and formed on both faces of a transparent substrate sheet, is used. After both faces of the first resist layer are exposed at the same time, and developed, the transparent conductive film 3 and the shading conductive film 1 are etched at the same time. After the first resist layer is exfoliated, a rust inhibitor is applied on the exposed shading conductive film 1 and a patterned second resist layer is laminated. Only the shading conductive film 1 at a central window part and a terminal part is etched, so as to expose the transparent conductive film 3. Furthermore, at a boundary between the central window part and the terminal part, an exposed end face of the shading conductive film 1 is side-etched, so that the second resist layer has a pent-roof structure. Finally, the second resist layer with the pent-roof structure is softened by thermal processing, so that the exposed end face of the remaining shading conductive film 1 is coated, and the second resist layer is not exfoliated and is remained as a rustproof layer under this condition.

SOLUTION: In this touch panel, a transparent adhesive layer 3 as a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is filled in a gap between an upper transparent electrode substrate 1 and a lower transparent electrode substrate 2, thereby eliminating an air layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narrow frame touch input sheet with a protection film and a laminate narrow frame touch input sheet with a protection film which are suitable for a capacitance type touch sensor with a narrow frame and a two-layered transparent conductive film pattern and a method for manufacturing them. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film, a light shielding conductive film for electrode, and a first resist layer are successively formed on the both faces of a base sheet, and the first resist layer is simultaneously exposed and developed on the both faces, and the transparent conducive film and the light shielding conductive film for an electrode are simultaneously etched, and the first resist layer is peeled, so that a thin wire leading circuit pattern in which the transparent conductive film and the light shielding conductive film for an electrode are laminated can be formed at the external frame sections of the both faces of the base sheet, and after that the both face thin wire leading circuit pattern is coated with a second resist layer, and only the light shielding conductive film for an electrode on which the second resist layer is not formed is etched so that the circuit pattern of the transparent conductive film can be formed, so as to be exposed at each of the both face central window portions, and the light transmitting protection film is laminated. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistive film type touch panel for determining the bond in pre-shipping inspection.SOLUTION: The resistive film type transparent touch panel is configured by laminating first and second members so that first and second transparent conductive films face each other with a predetermined gap.In the first member, a first transparent conductive film as a resistance film is formed on the upper face of a transparent board, and a first pair of electrodes for position detection are formed at the both ends of the first direction of the first transparent conductive film. In the second member, a second transparent conductive film as a resistance film is formed on the lower face of a flexible transparent film, and a second pair of electrodes for position detection are formed at the both ends of a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction of the second transparent conductive film. The depressing point is detected on the basis of the potentials of the first and the second pairs of electrodes for position detection. An FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) forming a connector section for electric connection with an external circuit is formed on a connection terminal where an anisotropic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer whose resistance value is decreased with a pressure is inserted between a first member and a second member, and fixed by thermo-compression bonding by the anisotropic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection panel of an electronic apparatus display window, in which a touch input operation in a display window of an electronic apparatus can be performed, and a touch input operation plane is easy to wipe off dirt such as oils and fats without sliding the same part, also which is hard to be damaged, to provide an electronic apparatus with the protection panel, and to provide a method of producing the protection panel. SOLUTION: In the protection panel (100) for an electronic apparatus display window provided with a protection panel body (1) consisting of transparent resin and a decoration layer (9) having a transparent window section (8a), the protection panel body (1) is formed from an object in which a transparent lower electrode (2) is formed on the upper surface, it is adhered at the peripheral edge section to a transparent resin film (3) in which a transparent upper electrode (4) is formed at a lower surface opposing to the transparent lower electrode (2) through an air layer, the decoration layer (9) is formed at least at one side of surface of a transparent resin cover film (8) stuck at the upper surface of the transparent resin film (3).
