Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to communicating with one or more cells for receiving a multicast and/or broadcast service (MBS), and providing MBS continuity in device mobility scenarios. In an aspect, one or more cells for reselection from a current cell can be detected, where the current cell supports a UE interested MBS. The one or more cells can be evaluated for reselection based at least in part on whether the one or more cells support the UE interested MBS to determine a target cell for reselection. Cell reselection can be performed to the target cell.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may obtain a set of measurements related to a unicast service channel based at least in part on one or more reference signals associated with the unicast service channel and a set of measurements related to a multicast/broadcast service (MBS) channel based at least in part on one or more reference signals associated with the MBS channel. The UE may apply one or more communication parameters to ensure continuity for an MBS service. For example, in some aspects, the one or more communication parameters are based at least in part on the set of measurements related to the unicast service channel and the set of measurements related to the MBS channel. The UE may synchronize an RLC AM reception window of the UE with the RLC AM transmission window based at least in part on determining the adjustment of the RLC AM transmission window of the base station. Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods, devices, and systems for wireless communications. In some wireless communications systems, a base station may transmit a multicast message to a group of user equipment (UEs), and the UEs may provide feedback for the multicast message. In some implementations, the base station may configure the UEs to transmit feedback for multicast messages. In some example, the UEs may transmit group-negative acknowledgment (NACK) feedback information for multicast messages that are not successfully received at the UEs. In some other examples, each UE may be configured with UE-specific uplink control channel resources for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for a multicast message. In some implementations, a UE may support feedback for both unicast and multicast messages. The semi-static codebook for unicast, multicast, or both may account for whether the UE is capable of concurrently receiving unicast and multicast messages in a slot.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device may be configured to communicate with a master node and a secondary node. If a master cell group associated with the master node fails, the wireless device may initiate or perform a master cell group recovery procedure. The master cell group recovery procedure may include using a secondary signaling radio bearer to transmit failure information related to the master cell group failure when a split signaling radio bearer is not configured. The secondary node may relay the master cell group failure information to the master node, which may determine a network response based on the master cell group failure information. The master node may transmit the network response to the secondary cell, which may relay the network response to the wireless device.
