본 발명은 2종 이상의 농작물 종자들에 대해 동시에 종자전염병 저항성 품종 여부를 대량으로 검정하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 검정 방법은 (a) 처리액이 통과할 수 있는 제1 용기 2개 이상 또는 처리액이 통과할 수 있으면서 2개 이상의 구획을 갖는 제2 용기를 준비하는 단계; (b) 2종 이상의 농작물 종자들을 상기 용기에 치상하되, 서로 다른 종자들은 서로 다른 제1 용기 또는 제2 용기의 서로 다른 구획 내에 치상하는 단계; (c) 2종 이상의 농작물 종자들이 치상된 용기(들)을 종자전염병 병원균 현탁액이 수용되어 있는 욕조(bath)에 동시에 침지하여 접종하는 단계; 및 (d) 제1용기별 또는 제2용기의 각 구획별로 전단계에서 접종된 종자들을 육묘용 상자에 구별하여 파종하는 단계를 포함한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for selecting a rice breed for selecting a rice breed having leafhopper-resistance. The composition includes a primer which detects at least one oligonucleotide or a fraction thereof selected from a group consisting of RM18166, RM18171, and Indel15040 as DNA markers. More specifically, the composition includes one or more primer sets selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID: 1-6. In addition, the present invention relates to a method and a kit for selecting a rice breed having leafhopper-resistance. The method includes the steps of: separating genome DNAs from a rice sample; amplifying a target sequence by performing amplification reaction using one or more primer sets which uses the separated genome DNAs as a template and is selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID: 1-6; and detecting the amplified product. When the method of the present invention is used, rice individuals which have leafhopper-resistance and sensitivity can be efficiently identified by using the makers, which are very closely related to locations of leafhopper-resistant gene.

The present invention provides: a primer set for differentiating the seed coat color of black rice containing anthocyanin and other brown rice seed coat colors; a kit for differentiating the seed coat color of black rice containing anthocyanin and other brown rice seed coat colors; and a method of differentiating the seed coat color of black rice containing anthocyanin and other brown rice seed coat colors by performing an amplification reaction using the primer set. By using the primer set of the present invention, a user can differentiate black rice in a seedling condition compared to an existing sorting method of confirming the color of seed coats after the vegetative growth, discharging water, and grain filling; and the homomorphy and heteromorphy of characteristics can be possible, thereby improving the breeding efficiency utilizing the juvenile selection of black rice and minimum resources. PURPOSE: A method of selecting a breed that is resistive to a rice stripe disease is provided to efficiently separate a breed that is resistive and sensitive with respect to the rice stripe disease by using a marker, which is closely related with a location of a rice stripe disease-resistant gene. CONSTITUTION: A pair of primers for selecting a breed of rice resistive against a rice stripe disease is selected from the group consisting of a primer pair represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 3 and 4; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 5 and 6; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 7 and 8; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 9 and 10; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 11 and 12; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 13 and 14; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 15 and 16; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 17 and 18; a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 19 and 20; and a primer pair represented by SEQ IE NO: 21 and 22.
