본 발명의 열가소성 고무 조성물은 (A) 방향족 비닐 화합물과 알켄 화합물의 블록 삼원공중합체 30 내지 40 중량%; (B) 파라핀 오일 25 내지 50 중량%; (C) 폴리올레핀계 수지 1 내지 5 중량%; (D) 무기첨가물 5 내지 20 중량%; 및 (E) 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 수지 5 내지 15 중량%;를 포함한다. 상기 열가소성 고무 조성물은 표면 경도가 0.1 내지 40A(Shore A)로서 우수한 저경도성을 가지며 고온에서의 물리적 특성, 특히, 연성, 고온복원력 등이 향상되는 특성을 갖는다.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition comprising 30-98 wt% of polycarbonate resin (A), 1-50 wt% of a rubber-modified acrylic graft copolymer (B), and 1-70 wt% of a branched copolymer including a silicone-based compound (C); and a molded product using the thermoplastic resin composition.

The present invention relates to a resin composition and a molded article manufacture by the same. The resin composition includes an acrylic graft copolymer, a styrene-based copolymer, and an inorganic additive. The inorganic additive is metal oxide, metal hydroxide or combination thereof and has an average particle size of 0.1 to 50 μm. The resin composition contains 0.01-5 parts by weight of the inorganic additive in respect with 100 parts by weight of the acrylic graft copolymer and the styrene-based copolymer.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to improve impact strength at low temperature without reducing heat resistance and to obtain chemical resistance and liquidity or fire retardancy. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises thermoplastic resin, modified poly carbonate and diene copolymer. The modified poly carbonate comprises the repeating structure of chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 each independently is a substituted or non-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group and a and b each independently is the fixed number of 0-4. In the chemical formula 2, R1 and R2 each independently is a substituted or non-substituted C1-C6 alkyl group and a and b each independently is the fixed number of 0-4.

PURPOSE: A highly rigid electromagnetic interference shielding composite is provided to excellent dimensional stability by replacing an existing metal material. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resins (40) of a highly rigid electromagnetic interference shielding composite forms a continuous phase. A semi-dispersed phase is formed by a first metal filler (10), a second metal filler (20) and a surface-treated carbon fiber (30). The first filler continuously or discontinuously surrounds the surface of the second metal filler. The surface-treated carbon fiber is treated by resin and metal and the treated resin consists of polyamide and epoxy resin. The melting point of the thermoplastic resin, the first metal filler and the second metal filler satisfies Tma-30°C> Tmb and Tma+500°C

CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition includes 100.0 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin; 1-10 parts by weight of vinyl cyanide compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer; and 1-10 parts by weight of an inorganic particle. The thermoplastic resin includes 50-90 wt% of a polycarbonate resin, and 10-50 wt% of a polyester resin. The content of the vinyl cyanide compound in the vinyl cyanide compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer is 30 wt% or less. The polyester resin is a polyethylene terephthalate resin.

PURPOSE: A low hardness thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided to have low hardness of 0.1-40A(Shore A), and to improve physical properties, especially ductility. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic rubber composition includes 30-40 wt% of a block terpolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and alkene compound; 25-50 wt% of a paraffin oil; 1-5 wt% of a polyolefin-based resin; 5-20 wt% of an inorganic additive; and 5-15 wt% of a polyphenylene ether-based resin;. A diaphragm is formed of the thermoplastic rubber composition, has a tensile strength at 100 °C and ASTM D638 is 15-25 kgf/cm2 or more and abrasive amount by ASTM D4060 after 12,000 times is 2g or less.
