Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for protecting digital space information and a device thereof are provided to safely protect content even though a protection device for content is eliminated during distribution processes. CONSTITUTION: An access right determining unit(110) determines whether to allow an access to space information requested by a user by referring to a space information right database. A space information database stores space information. An space information providing unit(120) obtains space information whose access is allowed from the space information database. The space information providing unit configures the space information according to the access request. An access control unit(150) controls the access right determining unit, the space information providing unit, and an interface between users according to a type of an access request of the user.

Abstract: A method and a server for updating map information of a terminal based on a search route is provided to offer the updated map information to the terminal by searching a route from a starting place to an arrival place, extracting the map information corresponding to the searched route, and transmitting the extracted map information to the terminal. A storing part stores a map version and map data of each unit area, and keeps the map data of an updated version. A communicator receives route information, route search mode information, and terminal map version information from a terminal, and transmits the extracted map data to the terminal. A route searcher(12) searches the route on the map data stored in the storing part by using the route information and the route search mode information. A map version manager(13) checks a difference between the map version of the map data stored in the terminal and the storing part by each area along the searched route.
