Abstract: 본 발명은 이벤트 선 감지 정보를 활용한 저전력 센서 시스템 및 그를 이용한 센싱 방법에 관한 것이다.
상시 감지 센서로부터 전달된 웨이크 업 트리거 신호가 클러스터 헤드에 의해 웨이크 업 신호로 변형되고 서비스 센서는 웨이크 업 신호를 수신할 경우에만 활성 상태로 전이한다. 따라서 서비스 센서는 정확히 이벤트 발생 시간에 맞추어 센싱을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 이벤트가 발생하지 않을 때에는 서비스 센서가 수면 상태이기 때문에, 불필요한 전력 소모를 절감할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 서비스 센서의 수명을 늘릴 수 있다.
