Abstract: A bleed type variable force solenoid valve is provided to prevent an erroneous operation of the valve at a high temperature region by forming a fluid reducing section on an operation surface to which the fluid force is applied. A bleed type variable force solenoid valve includes a drive section(1) and a valve section(3). In the drive section, a coil(13) is wound on a bobbin(15) in the interior of a housing(11). In the interior of the bobbin, an armature(17) and an armature spindle(19) operated by the electromagnetic force of the coil is axially provided so that the resilient force of an adjusting spring(23) mounted by an adjusting screw(21) can be applied to the armature and the armature spindle. A fluid force reducing section facing a valve seat is formed in the piston ring.

Abstract: A bleed type variable force solenoid valve is provided to minimize a fluid force at high temperature by changing the structure of a spring ring and to normally perform minute gap adjusting operation of a piston ring against a valve seat. A bleed type variable force solenoid valve includes a driving unit and a valve unit. The driving unit includes a housing and a coil wound around a bobbin. In the bobbin, an amateur driven by electromagnetic force and an amateur spindle are axially provided to receive elastic force of an adjusting spring mounted by an adjusting screw. In the rear sides of the driving unit, a contact guide having a contact pork is provided. The valve unit includes a flange(31) having a supplying port(Ps) to supply a pumping pressure, a control port(Pc) to supply a control pressure to a passage of a valve body, and a discharge port(Pe). The flange is provided in front of the housing of the driving unit by a magnetic core(33). The supplying port, the control port, and the discharge port are communicated with each other along the central line of the flange.
